I had an internship in the area so I decided to eat here every single day for the entire summer. The staff are really friendly and the ingredients are always fresh. It is difficult to master wrapping an over-sized burrito but the employees here seem to have it down to a science. The interior is well furnished and the acoustics are finely tuned. The lines can get insanely long so try to avoid coming in between 12 and 2, although they do move rather swiftly.

This is the nicest Chipotle I’ve ever been to! The managers Charlie and Elliott are super nice, and when I catered an event nearby for ~100 students and school staff, they delivered on their promise to serve delicious food efficiently. THANKYOU, Chipotle! We’ll definitely be back!

Against my better judgment, I decided to have Chipotle for lunch as I heard the news reports this morning regarding the loss of customers. Bad call on my end. This location has the slowest, worse, most inefficient pick-up service known to mankind. I ordered and paid for my lunch online. I arrived at my scheduled pickup time. WHYDIDPICKUPTAKE15MINUTES??? When I arrived, the regular line was wrapped through the entire restaurant. There were only 4 people in the pickup line. At least 20 customers from the regular were in and out before I made it to the register to simply pick up… not PAY… simply PICKUP my order — as in, the cashier merely handing me a Chipotle bag filled with food. It makes absolutely no sense that the person at the pick-up register has to go to the back/kitchen, look for the online order, bag the online order and process the payment for EACHANDEVERYPERSON in the pickup line. During peak time, the pickup line should be strictly for those who ordered AND prepaid online. If that’s too much to handle, at the designated pick-up time, pick-up orders should be bagged and waiting right beside the register with big signs reflecting the customer’s name. How hard is that? That’s essentially how every other fast food restaurant run by someone with half of a brain handles to-go orders. My office is less than a 30 second walk to this place — I would love to eat from here every day but the unpredictable, slow service eats up too much of my time. Signed, Someone who will never become a regular customer because Chipotle wastes too much of my time

UMMMM why this so good?! We need this in Australia!!! Asked the staff what she recommended– she said«a bowl». Hmm what?! So off the bowl went along the counter like a soup kitchen and I just said yes/no to stuff being added. Brown rice yep, corn yep, chicken yep, lettuce, tomayto salsa, black beans, sour cream, YEPYEPYEEEEP! Guacamole charge extra but YEP. GIMME! I was not disappointed!

I played the odds with this chipotle because of hunger and an hour long train ride home. I should’ve cancelled my order and left after the server haphazardly dragged my wrap across the station as the exposed outer part came in contact with everything. It’s been two days and I am still suffering from one of the worst bouts of stomach virus I have ever had.

Don’t come for lunch as the line is notoriously long. This branch I’ve found to give generous portions. Maybe because I’m in the neighborhood but I get good service overall.

Just your typical standard Chipotle chain you can expect. I came here around 9pm so they were winding down and getting ready to pack things up. Maybe this is the best time to order at Chipotle? Who knows. They didn’t mess my food up so I’m satisfied.

The staff didn’t have the most popular items available. I had to wait 10 min twice for two items that they didn’t have. I sort of just got the eye roll. Where’s the manager on Sunday?!

I order a chicken burrito on a lazy sunday afternoon. I waas the only customer in line at the time and they only have 1 cashier and 1 order taker. They took my order, as usual i watch them build my burrito, right about when the last ingredient is added and they begin to wrap it the tortilla rips, and all the stuff inside is now leaking out. Lady and cashier look at me and i look at the lady building my burrito with the assumption she is going to remake it. Of course she asked me if i would like to just have it re wraped? What is this a gift? What kind of question is that. U screwed up, fix the problem and make it right. Perhaps my expectations are too much? I asked her kindly to remake it as i dont want to eat a warm tortilla and not taste what is inside my burrito. Well she starts building it again, and long and behold right when she starts to fold the burrito it breaks again. I give up. I told her i would just take it like that, since the skin of the tortilla was only open a little bit. One would think these people are trained to know what to do and how to get things done right for the customer. Oh well need to find another location where there is better service and where the staff cares about the quality of the food they make.

Not technically Halal but they have a vegetarian menu. I had a bowl they also have vegetarian wraps. So you can either have your vegetables and/or meat in burrito with or without rice or in a bowl with rice. It was excellent. There is a long line for food. But it goes fast. They serve alcohol here. But it is not a bar atmosphere so its ok if you aren’t into drinking. The staff is fun and friendly. And the atmosphere is nice.

Lunchtime roulette. The only good is that it’s decent tasting food across the street from the office. The only way you can guarantee that you will be out of this place in half an hour is to first order and then go in at your pick-up time, scope out to see if there is a line of angry people waiting at the pickup counter and then making your decision to wait in line or not. No line? Go pay and pick up your order. Line? Just get in the main line — it’ll for faster, I promise you. After waiting 30 minutes to pay for and pick up orders, one customer went to stand in line. He finished first. Even after he got into the line after waiting for pickup.

Really just a ok place for a salad. Portions on the chicken for the salad were small. You think for a $ 9 chicken salad there be some more chicken. This is just a fast food salad joint trying to play off the eat healthy mentality of people. The workers just plop your food in a tray n push it down the line. I can get bigger portions of chicken and pay for weight at Whole Foods so this place is not worthy of a return visit. The salad is over priced for what you get!!! The only plus is free cold water but you need to bring your own empty water bottle.

I’ve had enough with this Chipotle location. I’ve given them way too many changes. I work near by and do my orders online to avoid waiting in line. I always order a salad, I always ask for extra lettuce, chicken when they are out of carnita, black beans and sometimes cheese, sometimes rice and I always check the option to include their salad dressing. Well, this is where it all goes wrong, they never give me enough lettuce, they always add a ton of chicken and beans, sometimes is like I order chicken and rice and a few lettuce leafs instead of a salad, if I wanted chicken and rice I’d order from Sophie’s; and they always forget the salad dressing. ALWAYS!!! I mean that’s the best thing! My coworkers and I had enough! I’m going to try the one on Maiden Lane…

This is the usual assembly line fast food mexican chain. esp in America, its authentic as it gets. You have the options of geting a salad bow, burrito or tacos. Everything here is pretty fresh abd tasty. The lines move quicky especially during lunch time when all corporate employees come out to. line up. Be sure to get your money’s worth by adding pepper and onions and two kinds of beans plus meat to your meal. Its time to build up your own mexican mountain full of rice, beans, corn, pepper, sour cream and salsa. I also love the fact that you can get unlimited tabasco sauce and lemon on tje soda side counter. Also unlimited refillon drinks! Def getting your 10 $ meal worth while here!!! Lol

Love Chipotle, and the long lines are expected, especially during lunch hours and in the evening. But I went when it was pretty quiet to this particular Chipotle and there was nothing left. No beef, no steak, no chicken. They said that a new batch is being made and it’ll be used for my burrito bowl, but I did not see them use the new batch, they used the same old dry steak in my burrito, with hardly any pieces in the burrito, and used guacamole and sour cream to make up for the fact that there was only a few pieces of steak in the burrito. I asked why she couldn’t have waited and just gave me more steak, and her response was that they were closing in 20 minutes. Seriously? It’s your job!

This is my favorite Chipotle in FIDI. I like that my bowl always tastes fresh even when I order it online. I would highly recommend ordering online, especially during lunch time because the lines are insane. The app makes it so easy. I just order online & walk right in to pick it up.

Of all the Chipotle’s I’ve been to between the hours of 12−2pm(ya know, lunch time) this one is by far the most crowded and most crazy. I’ve been there a couple times now for lunch and the line wraps around the entire restaurant. Ugh. It moves quickly enough I guess, but that seems to cause the staffers to be rushed. And then food ends up being inconsistent. Most recently I had a bag of soggy chips. Yuck. It’s the only Chipotle near my new office though, so I’m stuck with this one for now. I guess I’ll try and not go during prime lunch time… but I’m not sure how that’s going to work.

As far as Chipotle’s go, this place is efficient. With a lunch crowd line wrapping nearly around the restaurant, the wait was about 10 minutes to get served. The staff communicated well together and was very effective. Between making my dish and ringing me out about 6 people handled my order and nothing got lost in translation between the preparation staff and the person at the register; impressive considering my experience at other Chipotle’s. My interaction was so short and effective, I could create no judgement on their friendliness. Aside from the service, you can find entertainment in watching many of their cheapest customers take as many lemon wedges as possible from the drink station to take home with them. I’d be surprised if they don’t go through thousands a day considering the number taken during the time I initially filled my drink and as I waited for another person to hog a few more into some portable cups when I tried to get a refill. I know New York isn’t known for growing lemons, but I’d assume shipments come into the city frequently. This location provides an excellent in-and-out experience for a large lunchtime crowd with the same quality ingredients I’ve come to expect from Chipotle.

Their chicken rice bowl is extremely yummy and filling. This place is pretty amazing for lunch and dinner. Although the lines are long, it’s worth the wait and they sometimes add an extra scoop to your meal.

I love to grab lunch from this place, if I feel like having Mexican food. :Ambiance: A long line, just like any other Chipotle in New York around the lunch time. The line usually moves pretty fast. There are seats in the middle and around but it’s very hard to get a seat. I normally place my order online and then pick it up in the place. :Food: They gave you a lot of food if you wait inline. I normally get chicken salad with black beans and everything, except guacamole. It has to be very consistent. :Service: The staff were moving very fast.

Bienvenido a Chipotle!
