Redeemed corporate’s RainCheck freebie for a Steak Salad here and the line was massive before noon on a weekday, and moved slowly. To compound things, when I reached the front, I had to repeat myself a few times, and make them go back in the line because they passive aggressively skipped entire sections in hopes that I wouldn’t ask for rice, beans, etc.

This chipotle sucks and it’s mainly the workers. Here’s how the experience today went: I had to ask two times for the rice, meat, sour cream, cheese, salsa, and lettuce for more because they literally put the smallest amount on. I am talking about two pieces of lettuce each time I had to ask them. The workers give so much attitude and service is so bad here. It used to be better, and given that Chipotle has so many other issues going on, they should retrain the staff. I’ve had good experiences at other chipotles, but damn dont give me some sideeye just because I want some extra sour cream

I’m going to keep it short… this Chipotle is by far the worst I’ve had ever. Their service is lousy and their I want to say at least 2⁄3 of their staff members behind the counter are inattentive. They should also make it more visible for customers to know that there is downstairs seating as well. But even so, the upstairs seating is very limited so you best take your food to go. Really, my experience here was not great.

This location is regularly not prepared for customers when they open and often for an hour afterward. Ingredients are not prepared, employees are not manning the line, and the condiment bar is not stocked. Furthermore, the food is not prepared with a consistent quality. Sometimes the steak tastes good, sometimes it doesn’t. Likewise with the level of done-ness on the fajita veggies(when they have them). Finally, the employees are frequently seen fooling around when there is work to be done. They desperately need new management and to replace many of the staff members. *There are two gems on the staff. An older, short Hispanic woman who always greets with a smile, and a younger, tall Hispanic woman who typically runs the register and is very efficient.*

This literally breaks my heart. I had my usual steak burrito– black beans, white rice, steak, lettuce, cheese & sour cream; 10÷22÷15. Ended up with a fever overnight and woke up the next morning throwing up and having to deal with a headache all day. I completely lost my appetite. It wasn’t until I took a Tylenol pill, that I could actually sleep. The only time I’ve had food poisoning was when I went to Mexico at about 8yrs old. I’ve recently learned that chipotle has had an e. coli outbreak. I don’t know if the outbreak is related to my food poisoning due to the fact that those reports have been in Washington… I hope that anyone reading this will think twice about this location though.

They close the downstairs 2 hours before hand. Maybe more. I’m guessing so they don’t have to clean up much when it’s time to go. But I heard a couple customers complaining about that. Specially when there are a lot of people coming in looking for somewhere to sit . I hate people that are lazy like this when it comes to their job There was no tissues in the bathroom and it was dirty with napkins and tissue all over the floor

This chipotle is disgusting. There’s no seating available despite the fact that there is an upstairs and downstairs. The downstairs section was sectioned off for no apparent reason and we weren’t allowed to sit there. Fine, it’s nyc and I’m used to it. The bathroom is password protected and was so gross. No toilet paper, vomitroceous toilet, no soap and it was apparent it hadn’t been looked after all day(or maybe many days). The lettuce was wilted and slimy, and while the workers make your burrito they are simultaneously wiping down the counter with THEIRHANDS. wtf. I will be really surprised if I don’t get food poisoning.

I eat Chipotle ALMOSTEVEYDAY. But this was the Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. The workers were rude and my food had no flavor. The place was disgusting– there are so many workers so I don’t understand why one worker couldn’t go clean up the condiment area. There were no lids for the cups, no Tabasco, and no lemons. Wow, way to go.

What can I say, those that know me know that I am a little obsessed with Chipotle. The Baraboca burrito bowl is my go-to; with extra cheese, sour cream, meat, and of course guac. I’m so lucky that this location is literally down the block from my job. The downstairs can be a complete mess, trash and dirty tables everywhere, but if you can look over it, this location isn’t that bad.

Sigh. I love Chipotle. Across the country, even in London and Paris, it is consistent, tasty, comfort food. So I hesitate to write a bad review for a beloved staple but this particular location deserves it. I lived in the neighborhood when this Chipotle opened and was excited to have it close to home. The service was rough to start but that’s to be expected with any new restaurant. Unfortunately it never improved. I’ve come back several years later to this: Today I walked in to a long line well past the lunch rush. I noticed 5 employees standing around the back while two people served food. I finally got my food and ordered a margarita. Wow. Big mistake. Some dude in crocks and sweat pants slowly sauntered over to abide the request of the overworked checkout girl. He checked his phone, he joked with his other lackies and finally asked what type I would like. I of course had already mentioned this but whatever. He checked his phone again, slowly walked to the ice chest, measured out some formulaic concoction and 10 minutes later delivered a plastic cup full of chipotle goodness to me. «Sorry for the wait». Yeah, he knew he took forever, he checked his phone twice and joked around but was«sorry». Long story long this place is completely lacking in quality management and employees; save a few. It should be avoided. There is a much better Chipotle 10 minutes walk north-close to nyu. Or there are several other decent taco shops nearby. Sorry Chipotle, I love you but I can’t go hear anymore. Reign in your franchises. This one is sloppy. Cheers

No lemons/limes and no Tabasco. Even when I asked the cashier, they only had the green pepper Tabasco and the other lady in the back refused to cut more lemons. I’m sorry but I thought that was your job? I didn’t know you could say no to doing the job you’re supposed to. And how do you run out of Tabasco? The absolute worst.

Even though it’s good and the same as any other Chipotle, who settle for good anymore? Also they took our drink order and then totally forgot about it and were unapologetic about it.

The more I eat here the less I like it. The first time I had it, it was great but then it progressively got worst. They used to give bigger portion. The rice is always a gamble, it’s either under cooked or very under cooked, rarely they will have it just right. The beef is stuff and hard to chew. And the line here is pretty long during lunch hours, so even tho it’s fast food it might be a bit of a wait before you get to order.

Employees are in such a rush that dont even see what they put in your plate. Asked for light mild and sourcream she just dug a whole spoon full in the bowl, opened the bowl and half is just soggy will def not be coming back to this location

Chipotle is awesome! Ordered the burrito bowl with brown rice, lots of beans(two kinds), tomatoes, chicken, guacumole, peppers, sour cream, and lettuce. I also ordered the chips with guacumole. This meal came with a small drink. My total was $ 13. It was well worth it because my friend and I shared all this and we were both full ! I love that it’s healthy and filling as well! Definitely will be back!

I’m always disappointed ordering a burrito here and yet I never learn. The burritos here always turn out square-shaped and stumpy, not long and full like at other Chipotle locations or Mexican restaurants. It just happened to me again and I’m not happy. I almost left the line and went to Chopt down the block. Next time I’ll just get the burrito bowl, they turn out just fine here. Hence the two stars.

Been there many times bc of convenience — was always a bit skeptical of the skimpy portions(I know, I know) but finally got food poisoning today. Not fun. Not going back.

Ordering 4 separate items during the busy lunch hour by myself might be the hardest thing I’ve ever done. The employees looked like wanted to kill me. And of course they messed it up. But at least they were nice enough to give me the fax in order sheet for next time. This chipotle is like any other chipotle but I did notice they were cheap on the guacamole even with the extra charge. Will always come back for a quick bite. Too yummy to not to.
