This was the best Chipotle experience I have ever had. Not only was the service quick but I have never met a more polite and respectful person than the man who helped me with my order. Bravo!

Chipotle! I mean who does’nt love Chipotle!!! I frequent this location whenever I feel the need to have some… sofritas. Yummm…or a burrito. :) Almost everytime I visit, the staff has been accomodating and pleasant. It’s usually clean… tables, floor etc. I’ve been at this location before when there was no hot sauce. Now THAT almost ruined my experience! I wish people would stop stealing the hot sauce bottles… please…seriously. Smh… The staff are always happy to go and get rice that does not have cilantro in it for me whenever I visit. Aside from that, they prepare the food well and it has always been a pleasant experience. But people… STOP stealing the hotsauce. Can’t have anything nice… Go Chipotle!

It’s chipotle. I love chipotle food. But this chipotle gets over crowded and the workers aren’t that fast. The food is okay here and the portions Are slightly smaller than normal. They ran out of hot sauce and I asked the staff for more and they told me there was no more even though they were many unopened bottles behind them

Customer service terrible food not the best, meat was cold, only thing warm was the rice, dining area filthy sat here for 20 minutes and not once did someone come out from behind the register to clean the dining area. Step your game up chipotle

Chipotle’s standards in food and service have severely gone down. Maybe training is being done wrong, but I have never been in a situation where they are out of a protein because it has not been cut or cooked yet. Sadly it isn’t only this location. The employees are not friendly and do not smile. They do not pay attention and I had to repeat myself at least three times. Instead, they are busy chatting with their co-workers. The food itself has become extremely bland. The flavor of lime and seasonings have disappeared. The whole tub of guacamole was brown; I couldn’t even eat half of my side of guac. Hopefully Chipotle can up its quality because it definitely is not what it used to be.

+ I don’t know about you but I fully expected a Chipotle situated on 5th Ave in the Flatiron District to be pretty busy around lunch time. And they were, the line was basically out the door at 12:30 when we arrived … but the staff moved quickly and so did the line. — Prepare yourself, while waiting, things are going to get cozy. This location is a bit smaller than some of the others in the city… so as the line wraps around and you’re trying to fill up your drink cup there are going to be some elbow bumps. — Sadly it seems that a smaller restaurant equals smaller portions. :-(I had to ask for more cheese and more lettuce. + There are a decent amount of seats though, so when you finally get to the counter and get your food you should be able to find an empty seat. I think there were about 8 tables w/6 seats at each. + Staff was very pleasant throughout the entire experience… one staffer was even making a point to move from table to table clearing garbage. He passed by us twice while we ate, first asking how lunch was and then taking away our empty containers. Sometimes little things like that make up for all the other stuff.

I want to give this place a 0. I can’t say all staff here is rude but one particular person(blonde girl) which I believe is the Manager of the location was very rude. I was waiting on line during lunch hour and was ready to order four bowls when the staff informed me that I have to go on the fast lane for orders 4 or more. I then went into the fast lane and was ready to order when the rude girl threw me a sheet of paper and said that I have to fill it out. When I asked how long it was going to take she answered«I am backtracked on orders right now so the more you talk to me, the longer I am going to take on making your orders» First off that is very bad customer service right there. The next thing she does is takes my order sheet and hands it to her employees and says you take care of this. Ultimately I got my food but I was very disappointed with the service and don’t know if I will ever be going back again unless there is some change. I will also be complaining and writing an email to chipotle for their bad choice of employees at this particular location.

Chipotle is a great alternative fast food option. It might seem hyper critical but this location had no tobasco, verde or chipotle sauce. Their reason? «Customers keep taking them.» Really? Blaming the customer? You’re a multi-million dollar company. You don’t have more in the back? Of course I learned this after I purchased my order. No sign. No warning. Not coming back.

We came 15min before closing and they were very accommodating. They have the best salad bowls for the price and quantity. Really can’t go wrong with chipotle This location is smaller but they are quick.

Even with the type of long line that should have u turn straight around and find another lunch spot, the guys who work here are great, line of over 20 moved in 5 minutes! Food is fantastic. Especially for a pregnant vegetarian.

Just made a purchase of a burrito bowl and a drink and the management refuses to let me use the bathroom because Santacon is happening currently. I am a patron and I should be able to use the restroom if I make a purchase. Unbelievable. They also ran out of Guac.

Chipotle is usually good, but they ran out of guacamole at noon, on top of it they closed off their bathroom to everyone, including paying customers due to a city event. The food has been much better at other chipotles too.

I came here with a friend on a Thursday evening for a snack. We ordered two orders of chips and guacamole and one round of margaritas. We would have stayed longer and ordered more food and drinks but the staff here were very uninviting and quite unpleasant. We were the only people there other than the staff, so I am not sure what made them so annoyed. I tried lightening the mood up by complimenting one of the servers and they just shrugged and looked a bit annoyed. The portions were a bit smaller than other locations, but it was chips for $ 2, how much can you really complain. The drinks were decent and wasn’t bad for the $ 8 price tag. It is a decent place is you want to enjoy a drink or two without having to go a bar.

First time at this location. The food was really good. The guy who served it didn’t give me attitude when I asked for extra beans, which is always appreciated. The girl who rang me up was very sweet.

Chipotle = yay! Portion here is incredibly small! What I’m paying doesn’t justify what i’m getting.

It’s been a bit since I stopped by a chipotle I happen to be in the neighborhood so I decide to get me some food. I went with the Burrito Bowl … brown rice, brown beans, chicken, sour cream, corn, tomatoes, cheese, guacamole & some lettuce … Yummmm !! Nice location, small, clean, decent prices & good service. Fast food without the«fast food» guilt I gotta say just can’t go wrong, everything’s fresh & great tasting.

The universe threw a glitch — it was late near closing time and this Chipotle had run out of guacamole. I was stunned! The staff was very very generous and didn’t charge me for my burrito bowl even though I didn’t complain. Thanks! PS – other than that, this place is huge. lots of seating. much more space than my usual 22nd/6th spot.

Dear Chipotle, I love«us» time, it justifies me paying 12 bucks for a burrito and guac. I can deal with the lines most of the time and buying the guac on the side. I even share my guac with my boyfriend who refuses to pay for it, that’s hard enough for me… what I can’t deal with is asking for the first time for a side of hard shell tacos and getting home to realize I only received 1 shell! I’ll ask for a side of shells next time and see what happens but the answer I’m looking for is 3… what I’m supposedly suppose to get.

I love Chipotle! Line is decent for first week of opening. Food is consistent with other Chipotles I’ve been to. Five stars for being next to my work!
