Chic Blowout Bar

Ive been here multiple times now and every time i have loved my hair no matter who the stylist is. There is only one thing i have to complain about… they do not take credit cards, as it is cash only. I am a business owner myself, and there is a fee to use a credit card merchant so i get it, but you know what… you gotta do what u gotta do. Accomodate your customers. it is inconvenient. I use my debit and credit cards for everything and if i were to go here i have to make it a point to go to the ATM.
If i have to pay the fees and taxes and i cant hide all my cash at my business then why should she. Not fair. I dont give places my business if they do not take credit cards.

I’ve been to this place about 4 – 5 times. The best stylist there to date was Patricia. She really took her time to make sure my hair lasted all day and night, and it did. I feel like they are friendly and they always make conversation. I’m not the kind of person that cares to talk or not so it doesn’t bother me if the stylists talk amongst themselves. It’s a young hip crowd so you have to expect a different experience than if you go to an older salon. I feel like it’s super convenient and they do a great job.

I’m a little upset after leaving this salon. I made an appointment for hair and make up after hearing nothing but great things… I was actually excited to try this place out. My make up was good, not great. I suggest doing your own eyebrows at home because the make up artist uses the same eyebrow color on everyone, blonde or brunette. As for my hair, I had to go home and fix my hair myself. First of all the stylist didn’t even introduce herself so I couldn’t give you her name if i tried. I asked her for loose beach waves (Maui style) and I ended up with tight curls that looked horrendous. Granted it was a Saturday, i’m sure she was preoccupied but if i’m paying 110 for hair and makeup i’m gonna want what I asked for. If you’re gonna try this place out I suggest asking for the name of a good stylist.

They have the best full service blow out salon on the Island. I would let any of these girls do my hair. Not only do they do all types of beautiful blow outs and styles they also provide makeup. Their makeup artist Brianna does stunning makeup. The staff is friendly and warm, they make you feel right at home.

Been here multiple times. I always heard amazing things. Even after all my experiences. My first time there I didn’t love my hair. Tried again thinking it was just the stylist, again hated my hair. Repeat. & Repeat. Each time I’ve been I didn’t love my hair. If I’m paying to have my hair done by a professional I should love my hair & it should be what I asked. Never again. Sad because it’s inexpensive, nice place and convenient but no can do again.

Love chic blow out. Jen is the best. Been to her 3 times in the past few weeks and I can honestly say she is fabulous. I’ve been to many upscale salons and paid more than double and didn’t love as much as I love her work… can’t wait to go back to her next week.

I’ve been here many times for blowouts. The salon is clean and hip. The staff is friendly and do the best blowouts I’ve ever experienced. I have a ton of hair so I appreciate when a stylist doesn’t complain and tries their best to do a good job. I definitely recommend asking for tight waves. I think their blowouts are especially good because they use a curling iron after they blow it. Don’t forget to bring cash since it’s cash only!

Came here for the Hollywood glamour blowout for myself for the day of my best friends wedding. I was a little hesitant not having an updo since it was going to be a long day and my hair does not usually hold curls well. I am so glad I came here! Not only did my hair look gorgeous, but it stayed in place all day. I forgot the name of the girl who did my hair but she was a petite blonde. Very friendly. I will definitely be back.

I have heard such amazing things about the chic blowout bar so imagine my disappointment when my hair looked absolutely terrible for my best friends engagement party. I got stuck with Rimi, who was in such a rush he didn’t even wash my hair then proceeded to rush while blow drying and curling it. he without a doubt did a half assed job! when I got home, I was so upset, I just washed it and did it myself. I should have saved myself the money and did that from the beginning, I’ll know better for next time.

My blowout and makeup came out fabulous!
However, I am higly dissapointed in the customer service. Once the staffs behavior improves, the salon could be fantastic!

This place is just all around awesome. They can do so many different styles and ways to blow your hair out, when I came it was «sangria Saturday» who doesn’t love a blowout and sangria ?! So awesome ! I came for the first time last week and I was a little disappointed at first at the wait for my hair. I had an appointment at 7 and wasn’t seen until about 7:30… they did make me late for my birthday, but I let them know & they gave me a discount which was great and very kind of them. My hair came out amazing. I had the male stylist. I’m not sure of his name but he did an amazing job my hair lasted like that for two days. I got the Maui look which was the beach wavy type look. I can’t wait to go back again and try a different style !!! I’ve seen pictures of their makeup jobs as well and they’re flawless !
