Chase Bank

I like this Chase. When I go to make a deposit, the lines are never long. And where there are a few people on the line, it moves quickly. Yesterday evening, I had another matter to take care of. I was immediately assisted by Martina (or was it Martine? No, I think it was Martina. Sorry. I’m bad with remembering names. So, anywho…) You know how you see the banking commercials and the customer is always greeted with a big smile and the most friendliest of friendly bankers? I sit there watching those commercials and I’m like, yeah, right, that never happens. Well, it happened last night. Martina was just the best! Very friendly, professional and personable. When I told her of my issue, she handled it with the quickness. Answered all of my questions and some I didn’t think to ask but the information will come in handy in the future, I’m sure. Great experience all around.

Chase is one of the worst banks out there… I walked into a branch after they had sent me a promotion and they started reading me the riot act before even opening the account. It was unbelievable.
Anyone out there, please do not get a mortgage or second mortgage from them. I won’t go into details but they will take your property away from you if there are any problems. They don’t resolve anything… when you call, no one knows what they are doing and they are purposely confusing. They are basically scam artists posing as a bank.

Time for the monthly payment of a credit card amid Americans entirely based their spending habits on plastic especially in the ailing economy 2010 era.
The full-​service teller and platform staff of this Chase Bank are located on the second floor whereas the ATM machines are on the street level. Teller service is prompt yet not quite courteous upon submitting my paperwork as the woman mention online paperless payment, which to my complete dis-​interest I respond «yes, I’m aware of online paperless payments but not interested» aka mentally lashing to the woman: «I’m old enough to be aware yet old enough to not care!»
As per Shania Twain: «that don’t impress me much,» as I need a physical printed receipt/​record of payment!

Menkui Tei, home of deliciousness, is right next door… and they don’t take credit… so Chase Manhattan to the rescue with their bank of many ATMS. Yay Money!
Interesting note: As I was taking out the money I can’t afford to spend, I picked up a receipt from a stranger who took out $ 300 from their account before me. They had $ 67,000 in checking. IN CHECKING.
I’m thinking about stalking this bank for date possibilities.
