Last autumn, during a routine visit for new contact lenses, my optometrist noted that my pressure was a little high, and that one optic nerve was larger than the other. This rang some ocular health bells for her, and she told me I needed to see an ophthalmologist to make sure I wasn’t developing glaucoma. She recommended that I see Dr. Cole, and I promptly made an appointment. I’ve seen Dr. Cole three times in the past year, to monitor my eye health. He has been very thorough and has a way with patients that is calm, gentle, knowledgeable, and which exudes confidence. I was totally relaxed during my visits, even though — hello — we were talking about a possible onset of glaucoma(which turned out to not be the case, at least for now). Dr. Cole’s staff are professional, friendly, kind, calm, and very helpful. I would recommend him to anyone.
