Champion Pizza

All day long until 10PM they offer plain slices for $ 1 and the slices with toppings for $ 2 it’s great. The pizza is pretty solid and considering the price it’s even sweeter. It’s a small place, but there is some seating upstairs but I live so close o usually just take it to go. They’re pretty quick getting you in and out.

The greatest think that I ever I had but one think that I dont think that was good customer service I think that should do little much better than they will be the best absolutely I will go back.

Can’t beat $ 1 pizza!!! I like how the crust is thin and crispy. I gave it a 4 since it’s not Lucali lol

All these dollar pizza shops are opening up on the Lower East Side now. I guess it caters to the late night boozin.
Still in a pinch, it hits the spot. This one was good. I had a cheese slice and it was tasty.

Good pizza. I got a cheese slice that came fresh out of the oven for $ 2 (everything else $ 3.50). Dough is thin and crispy. Bottom of dough is lightly charred. Perfect slice!

One of the best quick pizza spot in all of manhattan … Best part is the price $$$, always want more than one can’t help yourself

This pizza is cheap, tasty, and conveniently located. Not really a place to hang, but if you’re in a rush or need to get a slice on the go I definitely recommend this spot.

Classiest dollar slice place. Pizza isn’t the best dollar slice though. Floppy soft dough

So we went in because their ad said PIZZA was $ 1. Thinking that all of the pizza was $ 1 we ordered a slice of pepperoni, a slice of barbecue chicken and two sodas. The total was $ 6 which wasn’t bad at all in general but we were definitely confused because of the price. So we asked why the pizza isn’t $ 1…the CHEESE PIZZA is $ 1. So their ad should say CHEESE PIZZA $ 1 right? But anyway, the two stars isn’t because of the fact that we were confused. It was our bad for not asking in the first place and just assuming. Two stars because the pizza was way too greasy and it wasn’t THAT great. I’ve experienced better. Will I be back? Uh, no thank you.

I always get the Cheese slice — super nice! Love the sauce and it tastes so good when it’s hot.

FYI– the plain slice is perfect. The sauce really pops, just like the slices on Ludlow. The size of the slices here are even a little bit bigger. Definitely my new LES go to for pizza.
