Customer service if in the gutter. Very rude and unprofessional. Don’t bother. Total waste of time

Absolutely delicious quality food! Unbelievable that it is «airport» food. We started with lobster bisque, then the mango lobster salad and a lobster roll. Every single item was wonderful! Great attentive service! We enjoyed their drinks too — especially the Texas mule. You could see how much pride went into the preparation of each and every plate.

A BLT without the advertised tomato! Nice try but for the price they have to do better

Best airport food I’ve ever had! The lobster mango salad was so good!!! It was sweet tangy and savory, hitting all the right notes. The presentation was also beautiful. The service was also amazing. I wanted to change my order a few minutes after I had already ordered and the waiter was ever so accommodating. The person next to me got sashimi and said it was amazing so I ordered some salmon sashimi which was really high quality and melted in my mouth when I ate it. The food is pricy but you get your money’s worth. There was plenty of lobster meat in my salad. The only thing I would point out was that although presenting the salad in a Martini glass was cool looking, it wasn’t practical. When I tried eating it — it started falling apart so I had to ask for a separate plate. If I ever fly through JFK again and it happens to be lunch or dinner, I’ll definitely be stopping by.

Big fat zero. I came here after landing from a long flight. Hungry this was a bad choice. Service was terrible with the server telling me(after I asked him for any recommendations) «ya, take it to go». I wasn’t sure how to respond do to that. Server then explained to me they were about to close. Oh, they close at midnight and it was only 10:30. I ordered the lobster bisque which at $ 19 is a total joke. The gelatinous stuff that floats on top was obviously just scooped into the bowl. The layer in the pot was left in the bowl with three tiny pieces of lobster. No class or care whatsoever. Total rip off and flavorless. Also, it wasn’t even hot. I won’t come back here ever.

Julius is the BEST. A nice chat, great drinks, knowledgeable about the caviar menu. I learned a lot, had a great conversation, and delicious drinks — what more could you want. So glad I happened upon this place.

This place is awesome. Don’t let the prices scare you, freshest seafood and good size portions! Julius recommended the Caviar house salad and redefined airport food for me!

Love. Loooooove. So glad I chose to dine here instead of hang in the lounge this evening before an international flight. Oysters — Great Martini — Great Lobster bisque — Great Wine — Great Service/Julius — Amazing One of the best airport bar/dining experiences I’ve had to date. And I’ve had way too many…

I would highly recommend stopping here. I had Joel as a server. He was extremely personable and attentive!

Prices for wine are unevenly spaced on the menu so that you will order a 5oz thinking you are paying 1.5oz prices. Sleazeballs. If I’m going to pay $ 36 a glass it better taste better than Trader Joes.

My food was good, however the staff took forever to take my order me even though there were only 4 other people there. Did not seem friendly or like they wanted my business. When I use JFK in the future, I will be sure to spend my money somewhere else.

Was pulled in by the smooth jazz, stayed for the excellent service and tequila, and was pleasantly surprised by the freshest seafood salad I’ve only had when I knew when the seafood was caught. Ordered Ads the house seafood salad which contained generous portions of crab, lobster, shrimp, and was stunned by how fresh every bite tasted. Each seafood item had the slight sweet taste — the frshness test that many supposely excellent restaurants dont pass muster. Several generous artichoke hearts prepared perfectly were intermixed with the seafood and greens. My goto restaurant while at jfk nyc.
