Caseable

I cannot say this emphatically enough: DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT use Caseable.
Their customer service is atrocious. They will ignore all attempts to contact them. Their Facebook page is constantly being rushed by desperate and panicking people who ordered products that haven’t been delivered months after ordering, and they delete them as soon as they come in.
They are legitimately the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to buy something from. Do not make the same mistake.

I hope you guys get this review before ordering from Caseable and not after like me!
I ordered a laptop sleeve on Dec 7. Their website states that the product take 3 – 5 days to be ready for shipping. I then chose expedited shipping just to make sure that it got here in time for Christmas. Last week I started getting worried so I shot them an email and only got an automated response. I started calling them, voicemail. Called all day yesterday and today… voicemail everytime. Another email, no response. I checked the website, my order still says, in production.
When searching online, I found this set of reviews:
Summary: STAY AWAY, months delay on orders, poor quality, worse customer service
Clearly, everyone who left 5 stars is a fake reviewer. The two 5 star review on Unilocal have only 1 or two reveiws. ALL FOR CASEABLE. You can’t have completely polar opposite reviews. Instead of trying to trick the public into thinking that you are a great company and provide great business, how about you fix your manufacturing process, establish customer service, and be honest with your customers.
I’ve pretty much given up hope on getting my case this year. I just hope they don’t try to steal my money.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever had. I ordered an iPhone case for myself after mine ripped. It was kind of an emergency too as I use the case as a wallet. I ordered it in September, thinking it couldn’t take more than a few weeks to deliver. Well, it’s December and still no case. I emailed on a number of occasions and received excuse after excuse that they didn’t receive their cases from overseas. Then I receive a message in November that I’ll have my case made and shipped out in the next week — only now it’s two weeks later and no tracking number, nothing. Every email has been apologizing. But honestly, there’s zero excuse for this kind of awful customer service. You can’t make a product? Contact your customers and give them options and tell them what’s going on.

I ordered two cases from casable in late May for birthday gifts. The website says the order is usually delivered to your door within 12 days from the time you click. I finally got one case after over a month, well too late to give in time for the birthday I had ordered it for. The second case is still MIA and it has been over 40 days. I have repeatedly contacted capable for updates and finally for a refund but they just keep telling me that my case will be a priority and should be shipped in a day or two. I suggest not ordering from casable unless you have a few months to wait for the case and fine with unhelpful customer service.

I ordered an iPad case for my mom. While the website is easy to navigate and see a preview of my customization, what I received was an extremely dim and DARK version of what I wanted. I uploaded pictures of my family and dog, and our faces looked like they had a thick black veil over them. Extremely disappointed, I emailed them ASAP to try to get it corrected, hoping I would get it in time for Christmas. I got an email back in about two days, and I understood there was no way I could get it by Christmas. I attached pictures of the case I received. THREE WEEKS LATER, I did not get a reply regarding this matter. Then, I suddenly get an email saying the new one is being made. Umm, FINALLY? I understand there was a huge holiday rush, but that was no excuse for 3 weeks of no contact! I asked them to just refund me, and, as expected, I got no reply and still have not to this day.
I understand this is a small business, but many things in any business are unacceptable, especially when it comes to poor communication to customers. Thankfully, I am able to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge.
Not telling anyone not to order from this place, but just be VERY WARY.
