Dr Nup, Dr Liu are wonderful. The front is as helpful as they can get. We don’t have dental insurance and I think the prices are very reasonable. Dr Nup took care of me for several years when I had some gum and teeth issues. Even though took awhile to resolve, all did eventually. Dr Liu sees my little ones — she’s so sweet and the kids are not scare. This new space is better than the old one — more windows. They are always very accommodating to my needs for extra cottons in the mouth etc… and they always check if I was doing ok if they thought a procedure would cause discomfort. We had been very lucky and don’t have reactions to anything.

Nothing against the doctor. The receptionist is incredibly rude. I stopped by the office, just try to get some basic information about root canal, such as price and office hour. She told me that I need to make an appointment for consultation. I explained that I do not need a medical consultation, instead, I need some basic information which she can give to me. She insists that I need an appoinmtment. She treat patient like a dust! While she us just a receptionist. Vet bad and upset experience.

I was referred to Dr. Caroline Nup by my friend’s parents, who have been going to Dr. Nup for ages.
The office is located in the middle of Chinatown with easy access from the yellow or orange lines. They keep it clean and sanitary inside; never once have I questioned the cleanliness of any of their workspaces or tools. The staff here is very nice as well.
I can say I basically live here now, having visited at least 10 times since I started going here about a little over a year ago and have always been treated with care and respect.
I also go to Dr. Pamela Liu for fillings and teeth cleaning.
They definitely take care of you here :)

I had been a patient of Dr. Blunt and Dr. Nup since 2011 til present. Four root canals, and four crowns were done in this office. I had to say that both doctors are very responsible and helpful during these procedures. This office is very clean and if you come on time for your appointment, you won’t have to wait for a long time. They always give you a friendly reminder two days before your appointment.

I can for a consult with Dr Nup several weeks ago and recently had my root canal. The place is small but clean. And Dr Nup was just wonderful. So sweet and wood explain everything to you before the procedure. Her Technique is precise and quick. Though I was there for over an hour the novacane injection was not painful, and I had a biting block. She is a great doctor which made the root canal process very smooth. Her supportive staff was also very wonderful and mind and very thoughtful. Although they are very accomodating with scheduling it’s still very hard for me to schedule an appointment because she is so packed. Thanks Dr Nup and supporting staff you guys are great
