Carole is tremendously knowledgeable and experienced. She knows
more about NYC building management, buildings, law, and co-​op neighbor relations
than anyone else you are likely to meet. However, this is a really difficult area in NYC in general. She specializes in small co-​ops which tend to have small budgets. You can google for a NYC Cooperator article on the terrible management problem in general for small Co-​ops in NYC. Carole’s «margin» per building is small. She has numerous accounts. The amount of personal time she herself can spend per building isn’t that much. Any co-​op or condo using her services should also develop some level of in-​house back-​up for small, practical tasks. If you have a live-​in super, you should be OK. For emergencies or really difficult challenges, Carole is probably the best you’d ever come across.
