Between them, founding partners and attorneys David Reilly and Catherine Canadé have more than 30 years of legal and conflict resolution experience. David and Catherine assist their clients in achieving optimal resolutions that best address the interests of all involved. Meet the Business Owner

David R.

Business Owner

David is a trained divorce mediator having completed both his certification training as well as a sixty-​hour practicum through the Center for Mediation and Training in New York. Before becoming a full-​time neutral functioning as a mediator in divorce and other matters, as well as an arbitrator, David practiced for nearly twenty-​five years as a litigator and labor and employment attorney both in private practice with Cahill, Gordon & Reindel and later Gibson Dunn & Crutcher, as well as an in-​house counsel for a Fortune 100 healthcare company.

David’s litigation experience has provided him with a keen understanding of the value and advantages of mediation in achieving the optimum outcome for the parties, particularly in family/​divorce matters. Further, through his involvement in hundreds of negotiations, he is adept at facilitating transition from positional bargaining to an interest-​based approach, which affords the parties the greatest opportunity for achieving superior results.
