Located in the Neue Galerie, Café Sabarsky is modeled after a fin de siecle kaffehaus, and boasts authentic Viennese specialties and traditional pastries.

Business Owner

Kurt Gutenbrunner, is New York City’s leading Austrian chef, and the owner of the Michelin-​starred restaurant Wallse, along with Blaue Gans, Café Sabarsky, Café Kristall and The Upholstery Store wine bar. Over the course of his thirty-​year career in the hospitality business, he has worked in some of the world’s great restaurants, including Relais et Château Richard Löwenherz, Crans Montan, Rotisserie Prinz Eugen, and Bouley.
