Located in the Neue Galerie, Café Sabarsky is modeled after a fin de siecle kaffehaus, and boasts authentic Viennese specialties and traditional pastries.

Kurt G.
Business Owner
Kurt Gutenbrunner, is New York City’s leading Austrian chef, and the owner of the Michelin-starred restaurant Wallse, along with Blaue Gans, Café Sabarsky, Café Kristall and The Upholstery Store wine bar. Over the course of his thirty-year career in the hospitality business, he has worked in some of the world’s great restaurants, including Relais et Château Richard Löwenherz, Crans Montan, Rotisserie Prinz Eugen, and Bouley.
