I would give zero stars but Unilocal doesn’t think it’s possible
This is the worst place to even consider doing your wedding invitations. I have gone back and forth with them for the past two weeks with proofs and every time I get it back, something’s wrong. And when it’s been finally approved, they still had it printed incorrectly! Not only are they a waste of my time, they’ve also delayed my mailing them out in a timely matter.
I cannot believe that I had to send my invites out on a typo, on the simplest word no less!
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PLACE!
I can understand if you’re not a Native American speaker and does not care for correct spelling or grammar, this place would do just fine however, for someone who regards correct English, this place is subpar.
Very very disappointed

We just picked up our wedding invites from the last week. I am very impressed by the quality of their products. The invite came out beautifully, however, the reply cards were a bit hard to read due to the color combination that goes with the invites. We looked through a box of prior invites there to find the one that we like the most, I think it was nice be able to see how the actual products turn out to be. We were not able to negotiate the price down at all but I guess laser cut printing is expensive everywhere you go. We thought it was nice to print both Chinese and English on the invites and they already have a Chinese template so all you need to gather are both of your parents’ names :) They also helped me modified the wordings of the English version to exactly how I wanted to be for many times and once I approved it, they were ready within days. When we picked up our invites, a very nice lady gave me a few extra envelops too.

We went with a friend to help look for wedding invitations. After fumbling thru a sloppy unorganized box of invitations, they found a couple they liked. They needed 200 and we asked how much. She looked at the invitation and was studying it for a few seconds and said $ 5 each. I said that’s $ 1000.00. She said yes. So we picked anther one. She said $ 5.50 each. We put everything back and just left. Ridiculous. There was a sign that said custom wedding invitation 100 for $ 380 right on the window and even then that was too much. There are much cheaper places on Henry St. that won’t try to rip you off. I would avoid this place and go elsewhere.
