Description

Specialties

Bubby’s serves homemade American food. We’re famous for brunch, but Bubby’s also serves dinner 7 nights a week, offering everything from burgers and fried chicken, to dry-aged NY strip steaks, seared salmon, salads, and more. Just remember to save room for Bubby’s Homemade Pie for dessert.

History

Established in 1990.

25 years ago Bubby’s owner, Ron Silver, was using the kitchen at 120 Hudson Street to bake pies for his wholesale pie company. His landlord gave him permission to open to the public for one day. He set up a few tables and chairs, brewed some coffee, and sold a few hundred pies. Since the landlord was out of town for a few weeks, he stayed open, and Bubby’s has been serving up delicious home cooking ever since.
