The current staff (with the exception of Dr. Radetsky, who is very nice and courteous) that works here have a huge attitude problem. The way they treat the people was unacceptable because instead of being grateful, they have a huge ego and a sense of entitlement. Most of them don’t even have basic manners. In fact, my mother and I have witnessed an incident involving the front desk/​glasses area earlier today (we had an appointment), and the receptionist is a gossiper because she called my mother over to not only gossip about a client, she also disrespected her (my mother). At this rate, the eye doctor might lose his office location (which neither my mom nor I want to happen because of the terrible staff). She (mom) has been going to this office for over 30 years, and this is the worst service she has received in over 30 years. My suggestion to Dr. Radetsky: please hire respectful staff who are courteous, genuinely polite, and have good manners. Thank you.

Very nice place comfortable staff are very friendly only giving 3 due to the fact they keep you in the place a long time and the stop be half empty.

The Doctor is very patience with small children. He is very courteous and respectful to patient.
The staff in other word are a bit lazy and disrespectful.

Waited one and a half hours to get seen for a simple vision test for the DMV. Staff watching TV and laughin it up with the customers. A rat ran through the drop ceiling above my head. Now been waiting another half hour for the doc to get in here and actually give the test. I got bored, so this review. Oh, and they’re charging $ 45 for this. I could’ve actually went to the DMV, renewed my license in person, and been back to work by now. I’ll never come near this place again.

I decided to go locally. Waited 2 hours to see the eye specialist (just the prescription exam!) MY FRAMES WERE BROKEN IN THE PROCESS OF PLACING THE LENSES IN. You will wait up to 7 business days to get your glasses back. Do the math. Go somewhere else if you don’t want this hassle to happen to you.

In a shocking (!) turn of events, my contacts came in and they’re the wrong prescription. I can’t see more than 5′ with my left eye. I want my $ 90 back.

The office is poorly managed — I had an appointment but I had to wait an hour to get in. When I had scheduled the appointment, I specifically asked if they measured and included the pupillary distance as part of the prescription. This measurement is necessary to order your glasses online. The receptionist said they did, so I made the appointment.
When I insisted they measure the pupillary distance as promised, the ophthalmologist, Charles Gold, seemed visibly upset and gave me a lecture about ordering glasses online. He then angrily measured and wrote down the pupillary distance, along with the warning «I can’t tell you how many people come back here with the wrong prescription after after ordering glasses online.»
Due to the way he acted, I didn’t trust his measurement. I walked directly to the optical shop at the nearby hospital, where they measured a significantly different value. I then obtained a third measurement, which agreed with the second. I ordered my glasses online with the alternate measurement, and they work perfectly.
I can’t know if he purposefully gave me the incorrect prescription because I wasn’t going to buy glasses there, but I strongly suspect it. While of course it is important to make sure you deal with a reputable online retailer, it’s equally if not more important that you deal with a reputable ophthalmologist.

These ppl are rude and they don’t know what they are doing. Always packed due to being the only place in nthe area.
I went to get eyes checked. I was prescribed reading glasses… umm hello I’m near sided.. I can’t see s*&t. I have to wear glasses ²⁴⁄₇ and they gave me reading glasses…
Customer service suck. I will take my business elsewhere.
