If you want quality individual care, skip this place. If that isn’t important to you, then it’s adequate. But be forewarned, it’s a processing center and you will get very little attention from the only PT, unless your appt is the first one on a Saturday. Be prepared to wait for your appointment along with many others that seem to have the same appointment time, and be seriously packed in like sardines with no personal space. The energy is frenzied with many assistants multi-​tasking in a «get in, get out» manner. To me, less than 5 – 10 minutes of total time with the PT, no matter how good, is not enough time. It just delays one’s progress.

I used Brick run in 2012 to recover my strength after a shoulder surgery. To this day, my shoulder has never popped out of my socket, and I credit a lot of that to the excellent service I received here.
The physical therapy is top notch and each trainer is attentive and knowledgable. Gurjeet (the owner) is very friendly and remembers your name. Whenever he was my trainer, I felt like I was being taken care of well. Definitely top notch service. I highly recommend brick-​run.

My son has recently been going here as a result of a knee injury. Gurjit Chadha, the physical therapist, is attentive, pleasant, and knowledgeable. The front desk staff is always helpful, and the facility is clean and even when there are multiple patients, it doesn’t feel too crowded.
They have great equipment and appointments are not hard to get.
An excellent overall experience.

I’m surprised at the negative reviews. Yes, the place can be crowded at peak hours. That’s not because they do a bad job. It’s because they successfully help people lower their pain and restore their range of motion. They do a great job. I wanted to go when it was less crowded so I scheduled my sessions for off-​peak times.
Dr. Chadha, the Physical Therapist, gave me more useful advice about lifestyle changes and exercises than my orthopedic surgeon. I may have to get the surgery one day, but for now I can put it off. For that I thank Brick-​Run.

Went for many sessions, as it was convenient to my home, and it seemed well-​run/​high quality. Perhaps the owner/​PT is good, but you can hardly get his attention. The assistants who send you to the next exercise (when they remember you) are mainly indifferent and sometimes reckless. No apparent initial or follow-​up evaluations, or discussion of progress, goals or strategy.

I went for 5 sessions and I had to wait at least ½ hour to 1 hour each visit. They are overbooked and understaffed. Personal attention is minimal. I do not recommend them.

I’ve been an athlete my whole life, with many injuries and thus many therapists. This office was always crowded. I never felt like my few sessions were personalized since an assistant was helping me for the most part. Not sure if i really got an full initial evaluation (if they even do that there), more than 5 mins that is. I would not recommend. Bad therapy can truly influence how you heal so fish around and ask questions.

I began going to Brick-​Run in August for lower-​back pains (herniated disc/​disc bulge) and it has helped me tremendously. The staff members are very polite and attentive to your needs. They are also very professional and make your PT time go by quickly. The staff is warm and friendly. They usually play low key music that makes you feel relaxed during your session. Although, there are no private rooms, and everyone receives PT in an open area, the staff work very hard to make you feel comfortable, safe and welcome. I would definitely recommend PT services at Brick-​Run as they offer a warm, friendly, and welcoming environment to heal your every PT needs.

I had arthroscopic knee surgery in January. I started with another PT 2 weeks later who made things worse. In late February, I switched to Brick-​Run and was wowed by the results. Gurjeet and his staff took great care of me and seemed to know exactly how far to push. It’s now early May and my knee feels great. In fact, I’m training for my first ever triathlon in July, and I know I’m going to do it. Thanks, G!
