I had a pretty bad experience. There were two sales women and another customer sitting waiting at the table, and another one coming out of the dressing room. I had just come from the gym, in sweatpants, no make up so looked pretty much like a homeless person. Not surprisingly the sales woman behind the counter did not seem thrilled to help me. I explain what I’m looking for — a little somethin’ somethin’ for my husband, something sexy, bra and underwear set. «So what are you looking for?!» I repeat myself. «Yea but do you want a bra?!» WTF lady? I clarify further and she smiles and says «okay no problem, let me just check this customer out and I will be right with you.» No worries — I go to gander at the goods.
Now, if you like gaudy padded girly bras this place is for you. I’m a full 34DD (blessed if I do say so myself), and wear a 32E in European bras. I OWN MANY BEAUTIFUL AND EXPENSIVE BRAS! I’m no stranger to all the brands there and I know what I like and what supports well and fits. Big ladies, you can wear soft cup bras as long as they’re full cups and have the correct seams and/​or boning, these give me the best shape — think La Perla and Chantelle. I hate thick hack bras!
Anyway, tirade aside, 15 minutes go by with no help and I must have appeared upset after the original sales woman took another girl in for a fitting, completely forgetting she told me I was next. She says «it will be a few minutes is that a problem?» So I say «well you just took a girl before me!» She says «yea but she was waiting.» Who cares? You told me I was next. She assigned the other very young sales woman who was sweet but seemed to be more of her apprentice to finally help me. I showed her to 4 different bras I was interest in and gave her one task and one task only — find them in 34DD. She missed the mark on two of them — a 32B and 34D which I noticed while I was trying them on. Meanwhile the other sales lady never checked on me. I emerged, bought a pair of Hanky Panky thongs and bounced.
Their loss, I was fully prepared to buy at least $ 300 in lingerie.
Bottom line — rude/​incompetent service and not the best selection. No thanks.

The staff is supper supper nice!!! Very recommend their three steps thing! Their bras are super comfy! I bought both step 1 and 2. Loving them :)

the product really helps you to make your boobies fit, but this store’s service is the worst I’ve ever encountered. I was there twice, made up my mind to buy sth, but I was there for more than 30 min, no one even ever came to me to ask if I need anything or help. Same shit happened to my friends too; I’d suggest people who like this brand to visit the store in Soho, they would have much better attitude for customers. The staff in this store (Madison Ave) ignores me, even they were very very close to you. DO NOT even mention it is a Japanese store (as it is well-​know that the Japanese usually pay lots of attention on customers).

AMAZING experience! Customer Service was on point — the lady helping me out was very knowledgable, sweet, helpful and funny! Finally got some bras that look sexy and actually support the girls. Highly recommend!

This is such a charming little store! The ladies there are very helpful and patient. They keep bringing different bras to help me find the perfect sizing. And they are not pushy at all, and give very helpful advise on both the fitting and the décor of the bra. It is a much much better experience than going to their pop-​up fitting events, which I previously did and find the sells person to be quite mean and pushing you around. So I would highly recommend going to their store in ny if you have the time.
ps. They carry up to F/​G cups for small band size like ³⁰⁄₃₂. Covered with lace, and prints, with silk linings and full supports for larger breasts, these are truly the hidden gems of the brand.

Love this Japanese Brand soooo much! Especially the store at Madison Ave. Before trying Bradelis I was wearing VS’s bra and had a difficult time to find my size. Because I’m 30D but they only do 32… and finally I got my right size in Bradelis.
I’m in the step one now. The bras really give an amazing support and reduce the side problem. Looking forward to see the result after all three reshaping steps. Definitely would recommend it to all my girl friends!

I LOVE lingerie that is elegant, feminine, and lacy. This place has that and more.
Charming little boutique. Walk in and just hand them over your wallet because this place is seriously cute and expensive.
Went in asking for a every day bra. I have not been wearing a bra because I got sick of feeling restricted and felt like they served no purpose. I do Not have Big Breasts so I don’t require much support for comfort and bra’s just got annoying, poking in all the wrong places and making me feel bulky. Going braless or with a lacy bralette gave me a more slim look! However I know that some support is needed as we age. Finally decided to walk in and give this place a chance.
Immediately I was greeted and asked for my preferences, color, lace etc. I was guided towards the fitting room where I received a bra to try on and went on from there.
Yes, they do «teach» you how to wear a bra with a VERY Hands-​ON Method.
I must have tried at least ten Bras found the ones I liked and haven’t looked back since!

The Bra hugs you in, in all the right places. Now that is a Bra.
They are vintage-​looking and yes they are somewhat pointy and the price seems like too much, but they are so WORTH IT!

They have a decent selection of petite full-​busted sizes in stock, which is a pleasant change from other bra retailers.
If you’re coming in on the weekend, I’d recommend making an appointment. I walked in Friday or Saturday afternoon and waiting about forty minutes for a stylist, which was fine with me, but just be aware. I’ve also walked in Tuesday afternoon and been helped right away.
I’ve found that Japanese lingerie fits me much better than any other kind, so I am very glad to find a local store that carries gorgeous and well-​fitting Japanese lingerie.

AWESOME Lingerie store! I went here to browse and found a beautiful selection of different styles and colors. Akimi gave me a fitting and showed me the best way to wear the bra so it offered the best support. When I asked if there were other colors, she immediately pulled every possible color available in my size, but didn’t pressure me to buy anything like I’ve unfortunately experienced at other lingerie stores. I left with a beautiful lingerie set and a bra that fits me PERFECTLY! I appreciated that she was so «hands on» (literally — she reached into my bra and adjusted it) but you may have to speak up if you’re not comfortable being touched — nonetheless, Akimi was wonderful and warm and would likely accommodate women who preferred not to be touched. I, personally, found it helpful! The bras are pricey compared to your standard American store (e.g., Victoria’s Secret) but are on par and sometimes even less expensive than, say, the Bergdorf lingerie department. If you’re willing to invest in beautiful lingerie that fits perfectly, this is a fantastic place to shop! I will ABSOLUTELY be going back very soon.

I have never written a review on Unilocal before, but this store definitely deserves it.
Hands down, BEST LINGERIE STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. The woman helping me was very sweet and patient considering I am one to test out everything in every color. I usually always purchase my bras, while I am in the states, at Victoria’s Secret. But I am a promoter of sexy lingerie because it makes you look and feel sexier. I have bought lingerie in Italy, Paris and London and I was absolutely stunned to find somewhere that equated/​was better than the reputable ones in those destinations. My back usually hurts granted I am not large by any means (32C) and all along I thought it was that time of the month or another excuse. But once I slipped on that beautifully laced bra I realized Victoria’s Secret is that she needs to step up her game in this market. Yes, it is a little bit pricier — I spent $ 72 for bra and $ 25 for underwear that was on 50% off! But nonetheless find that Ripplu’s bra is definitely a worthwhile investment. It fits as beautifully as any designer bra, which I do own, but without the price tag. I now have a go-​to lingerie store!
My suggestion to you is stop reading these reviews to get insight and go there right now! I went on my lunch break around 3 p.m. on a Tuesday and only one other customer was there, which for me was great because I hate having to nudge people out of the way to dig for bras that we both want (but, I put up a good fight)…which commonly occurs 99.9% time at Victoria’s Secret. This review is about the service. I have been wearing their bras for more than a year and loved them. But today when I revisited for a new pair, the Japanese sales lady was hysterically shouting at me for not adjusting to tighter my bra so they can really stop my blood flow and push my breasts to a new level. I was shocked and almost intended to ask what her problem was, but I controlled my temper by just giving her a nasty look. Well I think they are totally spoiled by the Asian customers and sometimes they forgot their service standard. Next time you visit, just remember to push your breasts up to your chin, otherwise prepare to get shouted by the sales from the store.

This seem to be a unique idea worth trying. After all, we went all the way from New Haven to NYC specifically to check this place out!!! Compare to the normal Bras, this is very expensive though. But again, it is unique.
Customer Experience:
A few of us spent an hour so here to order some Bradelis bras. One «consultant» was friendly, one was not. The unfriendly one even had some issue at the end with the Unilocal check in deal.
Nevertheless, the manager really values the customers’ experience. She made sure to make sure that the Unilocal Check in deal work. Thumbs up for the manager here!

They are so friendly and helpful. The lady that helped me was very welcoming and she actually taught how to wear a bra correctly, I knew the basic of scooping but there was more than that, you also need to work on your straps and the fat on the size. I gave it 4 stars because their design is not the custest or sexy and it is pricey but worth it for the good support and result it can give afterwards. Excellent customer services!

Just had a lovely experience at Brandeis and walked away with the nicest bra I’ve ever owned!
Stopped by on a whim and asked if I could have a fitting. The woman who greeted me showed me into a fitting room, took a couple measurements and came back with a bra. The first one was great on the band, but after «the scoop» the cups were a bit overfilled. I didn’t even know that part of my breasts existed!
She brought me a few more bras that she thought would look great. Honestly, all of them looked better than my current bras do, but I ended up buying one back smoothing bra that gave marvelous lift for $ 82. It was actually the most expensive of the bras she showed me, as the others were in the $ 60 – 70 range. They’re pricier than Victoria’s Secret, but between the quality of materials and the great fit, you won’t be sorry you spent a bit more!

I had such a great, positive experience here. For my fellow Unilocalers, who are small boob-​ed like me. It was so nice to see I can have some cleavage!
The staff there is very professional and very knowledgeable. I was very amazed, she was able to provide me with the right sized underwear (I got quite a big rear) by just looking at me. Do not be afraid it they provide you with some assistance learning the scoop and lift method correctly. The bras have lot of support to get your breasts looking perkier and are very feminine and pretty.
I like their 3-​step program (it’s like braces for your boobs) and I look forward to see the results.

Purchased a step one a lil more then a week ago and i already feel a huge difference! but all these years i’ve been wearing the wrong size! this pushes in the extra fat under ur bra and on the sides, its really suppose to be in the cup! wrong bras makes ur breasts turn into the wrong shape. its more expensive then other bras, like victoria secret, the shipping is kinda expensive too, but its def worth every penny!

My friend bought a bra here and convinced me to get a complimentary fitting. She said her boobs have never looked better– and I have to agree! The cute asian ladies are super nice as they handle your cleavage and show you the proper «scoop and lift» technique. They show you the best way to wear your bra, take care of your bra, and promptly start you on their «stage-​I» line.
I’ve been wearing their bras for a few months now and I do think my cleavage looks perkier and more defined. Unfortunately, each bra is expensive and will set you back quite a few $$$. They do have special sales around the holidays though– I will have to snag a «stage-II’s» next time I see one!
**TIP: Get a complimentary fitting, and don’t be weirded out when those cute little asian ladies touch your boobs. «Scoop and lift» will change your life, trust me.

Ugh. I succumbed to peer pressure and had to buy bras from this place.
First I really don’t believe their 3 steps system could really defy gravity and prevent boobs from sagging. And their step 1 bras are just simply ugly and uncomfortable. They look like one of those granny’s minimizer bras with gigantic strap and unflattering extra fabric that are supposed to make your breasts bigger and perky. Utter nonsense if you asked me.
And if you are size 34G (think that’s my size and i usually wear VS 34D) they don’t have the size but the lady insisted my girls could fit into 34 °F and was tucking them in. So of course my boobs look bigger b/​c they are spilling out all over.
Also, their refund/​exchange policy is messed up. Absolutely no refund and when I went to exchange the ugly step 1 bra to their step 2 bra (step 2 bras are a tiny bit cuter), they wouldn’t just give me 4 dollars credit (because the ugly-​ass step 1 is 4 dollars more expensive than step 2) and forced me to spend more than what I originally spent because «they don’t do that.»
Never going back.

Okay, time for a real (areole?) review four months later: I love my girlfriend’s breasts just as much as I did six months ago; and as far as I’m concerned they look just as good with or without the Bradeli’s lingerie (but damn, they look good in the Bradeli’s lingerie, so to the men: I would definitely recommend taking your significant other here if you’re looking to give yourself a present), but potentially more importantly, she feels that they have had a noticeable impact on her chest to the point I’ve heard her recommend Bradeli’s to someone else, so I would say that this place definitely sells quality. As another Unilocaler has previously said, ‘Holy Moly booby transformation!’. Additionally, when I went, the helpful fitting ladies made sure I got a show out of it by allowing my girlfriend to call me over when she was ready in-​between fittings. Apparently, I was blushing.
Also this place still sells amazing floor ornaments.

I really liked coming here. The service was great, and the staff was very knowledgeable. I finally got put in the right size bra, and it’s been quite the difference. This is a high touch place, but honestly, if you’re going to buy expensive lingerie, it just seems wise to be thorough for the best fit. They’re very warm and friendly, so any shyness you have will be gone before you know it. Side note, this was honestly one of the few times that I left a shopping experience feeling empowered about my body, and accepting of my curves. The staff at Bradelis is really amazing. I send all of my small framed friends there! You’ll definitely discover you’ve got boobs that you probably didn’t even know existed!
My only wish is that they carried a few more of the larger cup sizes, but I think it’s really awesome to find a shop that carries so many small bands. They’re actually quite hard to find!
