BRAD | Breaking Resistance Against Disorders is a community-based non-profit whose aim is to debunk common misconceptions and stigmas surrounding mental illness. BRAD assists by implementing educational tools and preventive resources for those affected; serving as a comprehensive support system for those dealing with mental health disorders in each stage of the journey. Understanding the powerful connection between recovery and reconciliation, BRAD fosters mediation between victims of mental illness, medical professionals, and their network (s) of friends and family. BRAD serves as a liaison between these parties and puts those dealing with the daily reality of mental health on a direct, strategic and stable path to achieving (and maintaining) balance in both general wellness and life.
