Able to assist me with a last minute online purchase and had it delivered to my office to save me the time of going to the store. The manager was so friendly and accommodating! Will be doing a lot of shopping here

I went in Blue & Cream knowing that I was looking for Naked & Famous’ Skinny Guy line. Earl helped me and was incredibly helpful. He identified all of the line they had in store, found my size and had me try them on (they worked perfectly). He found an older pair of that brand in my preferred fit, and brought them to me, and then upon noticing a defect, he offered me a discount, and to have the defect remedied at no cost. However, Earl was not satisfied by only being able to help me locate one of my desired purchases, so he has opted to get the rest of the line ordered in to the store for me to try on at my leisure. I have not had this great of service at any commerce-​institution, dare I say, ever. If you are considering going in, ASK FOR EARL.

I ordered a white shirt from Blue & Cream. The shirt was actually described as «bright white». The shirt I received is a dark beige color. I called and asked for a return authorization. The customer service rep said it could not be returned because the item was on sale. I explained that I did not receive a white shirt emailed photos. I called back and they told me that unfortunately, it is their policy to not accept returns on sale items even if the item is not as described. They do not care about their customers nor their reputation!

I order something for a birthday gift and 10 days later it hadn’t shipped. Customer service was not helpful. I received the gift after the birthday had passed.

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced! I placed an online order with Blue and Cream on December 3^rd. After several days, I had not received any shipping info, so called their ‘customer service’ number and it was answered by a bored uninterested voice. I asked about my order status, and was told that they were a bit behind because of the holidays and their sale, but it would ship the next day or so. It did not. So I called again. Same thing, but was told that it would be shipping from their Hampton store. I waited again. Still nothing. After several more days, I called again… No more info, it was still on the way, but the bored rep would call the other store and make sure it was going out. She had actually said that on the other day as well. Nothing again. On Friday, I called the Hampton store myself and inquired about my order. A guy told me he would check into it and call me back… He did not. I called ‘customer service’ again only to finally be told that there was something wrong with my item, and it was not in good enough condition for it to be sent out to me. Really? Why did it take nearly two weeks and MY calling them FIVE times to find that out? In the meantime, they of course charged my AMEX for it on the 3^rd. They are supposedly getting more stock this coming week. This is a pretty expensive item and is a Christmas gift for my sister, which I will never be able to get to her in time, now… If indeed I ever do receive it. Oh, also I can’t be positive this is the source, but it’s pretty coincidental that since ordering from their online site, my AMEX card was compromised online. It is the only place I have used it online in the past several months and it has never been out of my possession. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ONLINE!

Big fan of this store. The staff was helpful in finding my size and honest about what looked best on me. They weren’t on top of me, like standing over my shoulder the whole time, and they actually got back to me when they received the dress I was obsessing over in my size.

This store doesn’t get enough credit! I went in the other day in hopes of finding the perfect pair of black skinny jeans every girl dreams of. I worked with Jasmin and not only is she a super easy person to talk to, she found me my dream jeans in under 5 minutes. She gave me tons of options but pretty much sold me on the first pair I tried on! Oh and don’t forget about their men’s side either. I shopped through it to snag a new sweatshirt for my brother and I ended up getting him this amazing white, distressed, Drifter crew neck he loved! Definitely a real gem. Honestly, don’t count it out!

Ordered a dress online on Saturday and received it on Tuesday. Super speedy delivery. Will definitely shop again online at Blue & Cream.

Really bad online shopping… Currently on day #11 & my tee shirt still hasn’t even shipped. Normally one can expect their item to have been delivered days ago within this time frame.
I’d like to point out multiple online vendors which offer free 2 day shipping & free returns… Elyse Walker, Revolve, Singer22, Shopbop…
Blue & Cream tells me 11 days after I paid for this item online that it’s «being „intaken“ at the warehouse» — whatever the F that means?
Absolutely ridiculous & they act like this is no big deal. Buy the same items anywhere but here.

Horrible! I was on the hunt for a pair of «rare» Nikes for a bday present and this place kept showing up online as having them in stock. Even though they were almost $ 100 above the regular price, I figured it was a bday present and nowhere else seemed to have them. I made the purchase online quickly and literally 10 minutes later I realized I got a ½ size too small! I immediately called the shop to get the correct size ordered, but they were out of stock. I asked to cancel my order but was told once an order is made, there’s no canceling AND I’d only get store credit! The rude lady on the phone even argued that they are not the only place with this RIDICULOUS return policy. Really? You arguing back with me will NOT change my mind. So the fix? Refuse the freakin’ package and get your money back. Maybe you should change your return policy.

BUYERS BEWARE!!***** My wife bought me a pair of shoes online with Blue and Cream, and they didn’t fit. So after a huge fight with Blue and Cream, they allowed me to pay $ 35 to ship them back, and get a credit.
I finally cashed in on the $ 200 credits last week. I bought a pair of overpriced shoes, and 2 shirts. The box arrived yesterday. The shoes are great, but one of the shirts is the wrong shirt, and it’s missing the other shirt completely!!!
I’ve emailed the company, no response, but i’m not sure it’s worth the fight.
I wouldn’t shop here, I would highly recommend everyone look elsewhere to shop online. It’s the worst online shopping experience we have ever had. And i’m literally going to post to every review site I can about my experience, it was horrible…

Love this store!!! Really a great selection of designers. Staff is super helpful and really great at putting an outfit together in a pinch! Best place to shop in NYC!!!

The store itself has some decent product and its a good one stop place to go if you want to put together outfits from various brands without having to spend a lot of time in a big store. The biggest issue is the staff is horrible — it’s hard to get help and when you do get help, they’re very pompous and seem like they don’t want to be there.

I really can’t say enough good things about this place, but it is an absolutely pleasure to shop here. I am of the online shopping generation, where I can be left alone and not persuaded to buy even more beyond my financial means, but their customer service is so fantastic I would much rather go into their store for the delightful interaction. Their store is clean, bright, hip and well-​organized; I always feel welcome and not as if I’m intruding when shopping here. They carry some really great items that I just had to go ahead and put myself on the mailing list. You will all love shopping here!

Found a pair of nikes i like on their website for $ 160 — only to find them on the nike site itself for only $ 120. The hell?! Be careful of the stupid amount of markup here.

Really cool place!!! They have all the amazing stuff that you can’t find it elsewhere. Also, people there are sooooo nice!!! They are super helpful in finding the beautiful pieces just for you. Definitely can’t miss a place like this!!!

I purchased a pair of shoes from Blue & Cream. The customer service I received from them was out of this world (they immediately offered me a 10% discount off my item due to a warehouse mistake that delayed my item). I am very satisfied with my transaction with Blue & Cream.
They carry a lot of on trend and contemporary designer items that I like. I am signed up on their mailing list and will likely shop there again!

Very pushy sales girl. Young, short, brunette girl followed me and my friend all around the store. We wanted to take our time and browse and we typically browse to buy. Great merchandise! Some really cool pieces that are definitely worth checking out. However, give me some breathing room when I’m shopping! Typically if I need a different size (in a store this size) I have no problem asking. This girl stayed and watched me try on rag & bone jean shorts (awkward). The shorts are perfect so I ended up purchasing. While checking out a very nice young guy was very friendly and laid back. He turned me on to their website. Definitely worth checking out, but try to shake the very pushy sales girl if you can.

I’ve shopped here numerous times, both in store and online, and I have never had a bad experience. Every sales person I have dealt with has been helpful and the owner went above and beyond even discounting a pair of sneakers that was incorrectly marked. It seems there are several negative reviews regarding return policy, which I can’t speak to because I have been 100% satisfied with everything I have purchased.

I’m a born and raised New Yorker. I don’t like sales BS. I don’t like people over selling me and I also appreciate when people know their inventory and great customer service.
I’ve been looking for a particular limited edition Nike Sky High Dunk for days. I’ve been everywhere, including 21 Mercer. The situation was pretty bleak, from a inventory and customer service standpoint. Everyone was either sold out and/​or no one had my size. I was in the neighborhood for lunch and walked in on a whim.
Like spotting a shooting star — I saw the sneakers ahead of me.
Not only did they have the shoe… a shoe that is literally sold out Nationwide, but they were quick to help me out and even ushered in a special carpet for me to try on my shoe. The owner knew a lot about my product and market and also offered me a price override/​discount on the shoe at the register. I felt special for a moment before I saw he offered me the online website price. Either way, I was elated when I found the product, and the sales staff were charming and genuinely elated for me as well. They even asked me to stick around cause my joy made them joyful.
Would go back again, and will update this Unilocal if the store makes good on their word to keep me informed of future products I’m looking for :)
