Billy Reid

Because I live one block over from the Billy Reid Boutique, my dog, husband and I are «regulars.» Everyone that works here is super chill, down to earth, knowledgeable about the products, manufacturing and brand. Jesse, Addy and Tara are all wonderful people!
This is wonderfully American made (and Italian made) designer wear for men and women. Vegans beware, it smells like fresh cow hide and lamb skin leather the moment you walk in. My husband enjoys the rye drinks and my dog enjoys the treats and drags me in anytime we come close to Charles Street (yes, both of them). The events here are super fun and are a great place to network with people while perusing the racks. They have included delicious foccacia from Rosemary’s and moonlighting bartenders from East Village mustache bars.
The style of clothing is anywhere from prep, professional, casual to vintage like with loose cotton fits, feminine wool skirts, silk dresses to shabby chic carpet coats or tight fitting Danny Zuko leather jackets. I am so happy Billy Reid moved into the old bathroom boutique store and decked it out like a well finished warm barn with whiskey and gorgeous fabrics! Come join the Alabama hospitality that they offer and you just might meet my pup Oscar.
