Great customer service. Rarely these days do you find in restaurants and retail stores a well-​trained staff that obviously is part of a great culture. I only write reviews on Unilocal when I experience five star hospitality. Stopped in to the Tribeca location today during lunch and was approached four different times by 4 different employees. Everyone was not only very helpful but more importantly they’re tact was truly to assist and not sell me anything. Had a list from my girlfriend to purchase three items ended up purchasing a dozen and dropping $ 500. Great job management

Definitely the cleanest of all the bed bath locations. Lines move very quickly. The selection is a bit limited but they always have good alternatives or the best brands in each category. The only downer is sometimes it’s hard to find staff if you need help

No help in the store. Waited at customer service for 20+ minutes and they kept assuring me someone was coming. They kept paging the person and they were never coming to the front. Been here more than 10 times there’s never anyone to help in the aisle. Worst bed bath beyond I’ve ever been to

I’d say this is the cleanest, least chaotic BBB location with super nice staff. If you’re remotely nearby looking for your stuff, stop in here.
You’ll find that the entryway is a bit hidden with construction right now but go straight down greenwich to where the entrance to Barnes and Nobles is and you’ll find the BBB entrance too :)

This store is conveniently located across from Barnes & Noble and around the corner from Whole Foods. It’s far less trafficked than the one in Flatiron, but also unfortunately offers a much smaller selection of everything. It’s really just Bed Bath and no Beyond.
For example, this location doesn’t sell groceries, toiletries (beyond travel size), or tech toys. The beauty department is also a fraction of the size. Basically, it’s less of a one-​stop shop compared to the Flatiron location. But if you’re only shopping for household goods and appliances, you’re golden!

This BBB is basically the only one in the entire city of NY that I don’t hate going to…
+ It’s well organized and that’s exactly what you need when you venture into a huge store full of every household item you might ever need.
+ It’s also easy to maneuver through — with one main aisle looping the store. So pick a direction and just keep moving until you find what you need, it’s impossible to get lost in this store (unlike others in Manhattan).
+ Staffers have always been friendly — whether it’s shopping for my own kitchen or searching from something on a friend’s wedding registry — if I had any questions they were great about answering and if I was looking for a product that wasn’t on the floor they were happy to check the website.
+ Checkout lines are generally quick and returns are easy — they’ve never given me a hard time about anything I’ve tried to return.

Clearly the best BBB store in Manhattan. It’s huge and has a plethora of options. It’s usually well stocked up unlike the other BBB outlets. Everything here is so well organized and the staff is super helpful.
The shower curtain section here is a delight. They have multiple curtains and matching bath items — soap dispenser, bath mat, brush holder, waste basket placed together.
BBB prices in general are higher than prices on other online sites. So, we usually come here for deciding on what brand to buy from all options laid out categorically and buy the same brand on other online sites if cheaper. The greatest advantage of coming here is that you have all possible options for an item in front of you to choose from, helping you decide on what brand to buy. Don’t forget to create a BBB account for discount coupons.

Listen, I don’t enjoy going in these places at all. This is more of my wife’s thing. But, I had to come recently and I have to say the TriBeCa location really makes the experience painless. The store is well organized and it’s design makes sense. The staff are all very nice, even when thy have to deal with bitchy/​weird customers (which I witnessed) The have a really vast assortment of housewares, and a lot of affordable options. The location and size of this place also helps because unlike say the 23rd st. Location, this one you can actually navigate decently because there aren’t 1,000 people all in you space. When I have to come to one of these, this is the one.

We went to this store yesterday in search of a new shower curtain and their selection was really good, and we found a beautiful one for just $ 20. We’d asked a sales clerk where to find shower curtains — and instead of pointing vaguely in the correct direction, he walked us all the way over there and he was also pleasant. Afterwards we were looking at a lot of umbrellas by the entrance, and we had a very humorous & pleasant conversation with the very friendly security guard.
(Update on 4÷5÷15): I went there today and had yet another very positive experience. Although the security guard wasn’t particularly friendly, a *very* nice young guy (Alejandro) helped me find the item I needed — and then when I later went to pay for it, he was the cashier and he was again really friendly. I complimented the manager afterwards and he was also very nice.

Everything you need for your Bed, Bath and hmmmm Beyond I guess. Prices are cheap compared to Mom and Pop shops down the block and it’s a great place for wedding registries. My 5 year Elite Wifey is proof of all the goodies we got from our wedding.
Customer service is on point as they always say hello to me and ask how my day is going. «Who the hell actually does that in NY? I almost told them to go f themselves because they were to nice.» It was very refreshing and nice to hear. I’m a softy in heart.
My favorite items are the soft pillows I put between my thighs when sleeping.

This BBB is convenient located in a classy TriBeCa shopping center with Whole Foods and Barnes and Noble. It’s nice to have it in the neighborhood, but I just don’t like shopping here. The lighting or something, it’s dismal. Their selection is great, though, and if you order something online, you can have it shipped to the store and pick it up free of charge! Perfect for someone without a doorman!

Best Bed Bath and Beyond I have been to yet in the city. I don’t know if it’s because I came midday on a weekday but it wasn’t crowded at all and there were actually sales people in their respective sections. I have been to the BB & B in Jersey City and 6th Ave and both those stores were packed and I could never find anyone for help when I needed it. In BB & B Tribeca, one of the sales people actually found me and asked me if I needed any help! I got really great service here and there was hardly any wait at all at check out. Will definitely be coming back to this location!

So I was searching high and low for a gift for my mother for Christmas and going with my dad’s suggestion check out BB&B. The store is a giant circle inside, a large pathway and you can look left and right and see products. This means you can’t get lost, but there are products everywhere.
Since i came here right before Christmas eve — it was pretty crowded with tons of people walking around giving it a lively feel, but the truth is that there were so much stuff in each category to look at. And since it was holiday shopping season the staff were pretty busy. I was able to get an employee to tell me where something was, i turned around to look and when looking back at him he vanished… kinda like batman, but only for BB&B. LOL
I got a gift for my mom for about 20. I did’t have any coupons but it didn’t matter at that point i wanted to get the hell out!

Get to the Chase:
Pros:
1) They have EVERYTHING! (and I mean from dustpans, to soap dispensers, to windex, to travel-​sized toothpaste and curtains!!)
2) Variety of things you can buy is amazing
3) Rarely packed and always stocked
4) Right next to Whole Foods
5) Polite staff and always willing to help out
6) No fuss or muss when returning/​exchanging items (just a bit slow in processing)
Cons:
1) Some of the items are low quality, and can’t get a grasp whether this place is affordable ($ 30 curtains) to exorbitant ($ 200 fans)

As «chain» as B3 is, this really still is the go-​to place for all your house hold needs. The staff are helpful, the place is well stocked, and you love my dog in the store (who loves riding around in your blue carts!).
The Tribeca store is smaller than some, but very well stocked and very convenient.
