BCCO NYC Custom Printing

Ask for Klajdi. He was incredibly quick, very helpful, and an overall nice guy to work with for my custom embroidery project. He’s skilled with creating the design on photoshop from your picture that you’ve imagined for your project. I haven’t seen the items yet, but the setup was excellent and made me feel like these guys really know what they’re doing.

They work hard to please their clients. They’ve been making our basketball jerseys for the past couple years and the turn around time is generally a week or so. BUT we needed one in two days and they made it happen!
I’ve also come to them for smaller one piece items here and there and they’re always efficient and the work is always on point. Sometimes they’re a little backed up because of how busy they get, but they’re amazing with personally having everything delivered if thats the case, which is amazing.
You guys are all honorary ZelKnicks!

BCCO is amazing! I had a last minute mishap with my original designers and a minor panic attack as this assignment was WORK RELATED, but BCCO came and saved the day! They told me I would be able to just do a walk-​in and have my 12 shirts designed in less than 30 minutes. Not only were they so accommodating, but they didn’t even charge me a rush fee. They are so professional and extremely nice. A++ on quality and customer service!

I needed my name on a running singlet for a race I’m doing and got a 10 star screen print job in less than 10 minutes. You literally just walk in, get exactly what you want, pay and walk the f**k out!
(sorry for the cursing, it’s just so rare that things go perfectly well the first time you attempt them and these men knock it out the park! I’m excited, dammit!)
only one tip: you guys need a woman’s touch in your office space, walking in feels like you’re entering a nasty college dorm.

BCCO saved me! I had been working with an online t shirt company for shirts for my grandmothers 91^st birthday and they royally screwed me over. They were also extremely rude.
So here I am two days before the party without shirts when I call BCCO praying they could make some last minute shirts. Dimitri and yanni and basically everyone who answered the phones there were so warm and patient and caring! They gave me a reasonable quote for being last minute and yanni worked overtime to make sure my shirts were done in time and they came out SO GREAT!
I am so grateful for this company and I REALLY think it makes a difference that their customer service is SOO good! Thank you thank you! I will definitely be ordering from here again!

We just got custom sweatshirts and t-​shirts made for my son’s baseball team. The folks at BCCO, Yianni and Danny, were super helpful. They recommended really good choices for the items (gilden sweatshirts, really comfy), and they helped us with the artwork, which came out great. There was a bit of a printing issue and I was dissatisfied with something but Yianni made good on it, and was a total gentleman. I really respect and like these guys, and plan on returning next season for the next batch.

Excellent customer service, super fast turnaround. In fact, for me I walked in and within an hour had the custom vinyl done. I emailed Yianni a week prior and he gave me a quote right away. I walked in on a Wednesday with 3 bags that needed to be gold foiled with my logo on it. They were super busy but he personally printed my logo in the gold and heat transferred them onto my canvas bags. I had to pay extra for expediting the order but it was well worth it. Quality was great and I am definitely going back.

I’m heading to a party on Saturday and wanted to get a print done on a pleather jacket but didn’t know where to go. Luckily, I found this place and because of the trusted reviews here on Unilocal,I decided to check this place out and see what they could do. I do not regret making that decision!
Sheila helped me initially with the order and fixing the design, which I must say was amazing to see. I’m an accountant, so it’s pretty cool to see how people in other industries work and she did a great job recreating the design so that it would come out perfect on the jacket.
Yianni brought me over to the screen printing room and we talked a bit about the design and how cool it looked on the jacket (picture posted on here). What prompted me to come here instead of his competitors is simple, customer service. Reading other reviews about how staff were rude to potential customers just made my decision to come to BCCO easy.
The whole process took around an hour and a half, the price was super reasonable, and with the friendly staff, I must say that they’ve earned a loyal customer and I’ll be doing business with them again in the future. Thanks BCCO!

i would no joke give them 10 stars if that were an option.
not only is the entire staff incredibly friendly and welcoming, they are patient and don’t push anything. they are completely transparent about their pricing and didn’t judge or pressure me to «upgrade» or anything.
i made a few shirts (simple heat transfer images) for myself that turned out SO DOPE (no joke i had *multiple* people ask where i bought my shirt the first time i wore one out) and i made a sweatshirt for a friend that needed some editing /​rearranging and everyone was so nice to me and my blabber mouth.
pricing:
each individual shirt cost 30 $ (i provided my own shirts and walked out with them that same visit) and i believe they knock a few wa$hingtons off if u don’t do it same day. but don’t quote me on that.
i bought the men’s XL hoodie from them (really thick, good quality) and the image was larger and took more finagling and came out to 50 $.
they’ve found a life-​long customer and evangelizer in me, sorry guys ;)

The clock strikes 12 on the morning of my Birthday and I get this ephinay !!! I want a custom Bday shirt. Now where in the world would one get such a thing on such short notice no clue so I take to my Unilocalers to guide me …
Now I live in NJ and the place that got the Best reviews is in Manhattan luckily my fella is in NYC and agrees to go check the place out for me .
Now I have only one reference photo but nothing solid he walks in to talk to the staff there and they were nothing but accommodating.
They had no problem going over options and style ideas with me via Video chat from his phone. Originally I was thinking tshirt however they pulled out this jersey material and it definitely seemed to give a little more exclusive appeal .
I’m a sparkly kind of gal so they showed me a couple options for lettering that embodied the glitz. Now keep in mind this was all on video chat so the final product was still a mystery.
The entire process took about 1 hour .When I got my Top I was 100×100% happy .They were able to put «Birthday Girl» in Big beautiful letters as well as incorporate my company tag «Pen Up Girl» in small letters .
They were patient and Fast. Not certain if they were particularly cheap but you certainly get what you pay for and I will definitely use them again for custom business items as well as fun personal designs. SAMEDAYCUSTOMPROFESIONAL !!!

I love this company! Last year I got my shirts made here for my nonprofit organization and with Yianni’s help he was able to accommodate my nonprofit budget. They are absolutely swift in responding to emails, which I absolutely admire in a company! The quality of the printing was great as well
I’m going back to them to get another set of shirts done soon.

Yianni and crew did an excellent job! Pricing is pretty reasonable as well. The image I had was too small to be edited and printed so they had to recreate it, and it looks fabulous! They are very quick too! Will definitely be coming back here in the future.

I cannot even begin to explain how helpful this company was/​is!!! Yesterday, at 7:15pm, after sending multiple e-​mails to our initial screen-​printing company, my team and I were notified that our shirts for an event today were sent to Chicago. This is EVEN THOUGH, the company is located in NYC and we needed them here in the city.
Obviously we were frustrated. We have dozens of people who have paid for shirts and aren’t going to receive them! So I started googling same-​day t-​shirt printing and BCCO came up. I called, after closing time, obviously, and Demetri answered. He happened to still be in the office dealing with some last minute work. I explained the situation, sent him our graphic and he was willing to stay until almost 1am to finish the shirts for me!
We paid a premium, which Demetri felt bad about, but at the same time he was doing a rush order for us and completed these shirts BY HIMSELF.
I have never had better customer service and my organization will now be going to BCCO for all of our screen-​printing needs, without a doubt!

I NEVER WRITE Unilocal REVIEWS but this place is GREAT!
I was looking to make just one T-​shirt as a gag for an event I was attending. So I try looking for this place expecting a retail/​print store instead its a really small office and I thought I was in the wrong place or had to make a like 500 shirt order or something. But everyone was so nice, helpful and detail oriented. MY SHIRT CAME OUT EXACTLY AS I WANTED! It looked like a shirt I’d actually buy from a store. For 15 minutes, I felt like a graphic designer LOL.
Definitely coming back here.

I don’t often write Unilocal reviews anymore but I feel compelled to acknowledge the amazing job BCCO NYC does. This is the second time I have used them to make a t-​shirt design that is to be honest — rather abstract.
They were able to capture my concept perfectly! I’m incredibly happy with the finished shirt. Even more impressive has been their costumer service — Dimitri was so attentive and easy to work with.
Finally, you can’t beat these guys on price! I’ve used other t-​shirt printing/​design shops and nobody comes close.
