Specialties

Baurkot & Baurkot is a leading New York immigration law and deportation defense firm.

History

Established in 1960.

Baurkot & Baurkot was founded decades ago, principled in providing leading legal representation in the immigration law and deportation defense field. Baurkot Attorneys have long recognized that the American Immigration System is one of the most complex areas of law in the United States, which individuals and business (large and small) should never navigate alone. Often, the immigration issue or application may seem to be a small task, but, it is that one mistake that could lead to the greatest of problems.

Knowing the importance of individuals and corporations to, literally, place their lives into the hands of attorneys, Baurkot Law has long provided each and every client with the most dedicated, modern (yet, rooted in history), intellectual and detailed orientated legal representation, while ensuring that our clients are always informed of every possible issue and outcome, as well as how their case is progressing.
