I was left with a positive impression of Dr. Jay Barnett’s technical skill, but a negative impression overall due to his significantly deficient interpersonal demeanor. He casually began to make offensive and disrespectful comments during my treatment for no apparent reason. His assistant enthusiastically emphasized how in-​demand he is when I expressed my shock and confusion at the lack of professionalism. No wonder the office was empty. I will be going elsewhere next time because the experience colored my trust in overall judgment, and because as a matter of principle I refuse to take my business to someone who insults me.
