I’m a 3rd Generation Baozi/Mantou maker. My grandpa used to sell baozi and mantou in Taiwan so we’ve come full circle. Except, this time around, I wanted to improve on the old prototype. Gone are the MSG and «color treated» meats you see in Chinatown. I use all-natural antibiotic– and hormone-free pork and skirt steak. Our Guerilla Cooking Methods are also 90% energy efficient and remove a lot of barriers to entry for young, independent, small-businesses. Hopefully you all appreciate the effort to do our part for the environment while still delivering the tastiest gua bao around!
