Bank of America

This is conveniently located and has multiple ATMs so you never have to wait. However, it’s all glass outside so it’s obvious you’re taking out money. I haven’t used the teller service since they automated check deposits on the phone, but this review does not address those issues.

Very bad customer service, very rude polish lady, long lines, no not the bank to go to.

I gave it only 3 stars because I feel like I do not use all the services. This BOA is in an ideal location for me. It is clean, never crowded and the machines always work!

Possibly the worst customer service at any bank at this branch. I’ve been banking here for about 4 years, I go in about once every three months only because I have to. Each time I feel like crap coming out of it. The lines to teller window is always longer than it should be. Forget about coming here during lunch time. Tellers are slow at all hours and unfriendly. The worst though are the bankers at reception. They will stare at you and give you weird looks, but when you need help they will at once ignore or disappear. This is also the only bank branch I’ve seen the manager yell at a customer.
I have been with BoA for about a decade, but this branch in a good part of town is just abysmal.
What I do like about this location is there are plenty of ATMs. Never had to wait, and they are always in great working order. Clean and safe environment.
They are opening a TD nearby. It’s only a matter of time now…
I’m sure there are good individuals working here, but as a whole this branch reeks of bush league, an embarrassment to the brand. Everyone is having a bad day.

Long line, noisy people… S L O W!

I think I got the only teller in the world that has never done certified bank checks before, and it took me ALMOST AN HOUR and THREE TRIES to get two checks printed. Fun times. Lunch break = completely wasted.

1 guy who didn’t know he could deposit money through the ATM
1 star for looks — that’s about all Bank of America has going for it
