$ 9 bucks for lunch That includes a drink, soup, appetizer, entrée, and your fortune in a cookie?! Thanks Azuki. I don’t know how they stay in business at this price Chicken wings needed a little salt… Don’t judge me for ordering the broccoli tofu(yes yes«sooo bland») but to my delightful surprise it was doused in incredible sauce! Yes, the sweet and savory Americana Chinese sauce that people will frown and pt pt on it, but guess what– my taste buds love that! So I would get it again just mix it w rice :)

I ordered a SINGLE sushi roll two hours ago. It’s not here yet. I called 30 minutes ago to see what was going on, and they said my food would be there«any minute.» Completely unacceptable. I will never order from here again.

The service here was so horrible that I refuse to go back. We came here in December for a friends birthday, shortly after this location opened, and were a group of about 15. It took them an hour just to take our order, even after multiple people told our serve we were ready(they kept saying they’d come back), and then when the food finally came out(another hour later) only half our table was served. Another 45 minutes went by, with us being vocal about half of the party’s food not being delivered, before everyone had what they ordered(with the exception of one of my friends who never got her meal). On top of that, they messed up 3 of the orders. The managers were not helpful at all, the service was atrocious, and the sushi only sub-par. You couldn’t pay me to come back here.

Gosh, I really wanted to like this place but I just couldn’t! The sushi was so meh! I’m a vegetarian, so I’m a bit limited, but it shouldn’t be that hard to mess up an avocado roll… right? I’d probably give it a 3 out of 5 — the rice felt super squishy and overall it was generally tasteless. I DID enjoy the veggie tempura(eggplant, sweet potato, broccoli). We did the order $ 20 of food(ONLYFOOD), get unlimited wine /sake. It’s limited to this watered down, white wine, and extremely diluted sake. Honestly, when this wine arrived I was like«wait, is that water?». You know how you can’t really chug wine? Well, not this wine. You could shotgun this wine. And the sake wasn’t any better. I would’ve rather just ordered $ 20 of actual alcohol, as their food prices are fairly cheap. Apparently they close at 11pm on a Saturday, which doesn’t surprise me as we were one of the few tables there. They ended up kicking us out(not surprised), but in general were fairly rude the rest of the night, but I guess I can’t expect much for a place like this.

This place is good if you want to get some drink before going out for your Saturday night but their unlimited saki once you pay 20 $ is watered down and tastes like rubbing alcohol as if they want you not to drink it even though it’s part of the menu. I usually drink 2 shots and get ruined but I had 12 cups and was completely fine.

I will admit that I’m a little biased because this restaurant has the same name as my adorable shiba inu, so that earns a few stars right off the bat. Overall, I’d say this place has decent food(had the unagi don(unadon) meal that includes salad and lots of eel over a huge bowl of rice!), there’s lots of space(great for groups), very attentive service. Not spectacular, but a solid place. A little confusing that they offer both a Chinese menu(for the adjoining restaurant, The Cottage) and a sushi restaurant. Many, many choices!

Unfortunately, Azuki moved locations and I feel like this new location/venue is not as great as the last one. The ambience is a bit more upscale but the service does not always reflect that. Despite that, Azuki is still a great restaurant to go to with friends on any given night, especially on a Friday/Saturday night. $ 20 worth of great food to get unliminted wine or sake? Sold. I can deal with the mediocre service for that.

Pretty good. The tempura was nice and crispy. The beef teriyaki had a good flavor and the yakisoba had a wonderful flavor

I don’t get why this place gets such bad reviews. I came here with a large group, and granted yes, we were the only ones in there but the food was actually really good. I got miso soup, salmon dream roll and crunch spicy tuna. It all tasted really good, and I would definitely go back for their sushi or order to go. Yeah the unlimited wine was the cheap stuff but it still tasted good like juice, but hey honestly, it’s UNLIMITED so there really shouldn’t be to high expectations about the quality. As long as it tasted fine then it should be acceptable.

Definitely not the same Azuki that was on Park Avenue South. Place is empty, yet my order took over 20 minutes. I ordered the lunch special… Specifically asked for the rice to be outside.(They apparently now charge extra for that) I get my rolls, the seaweed is on the outside! The lady tries to tell me that is what I ordered, even though she was the one who told me it would cost extra for the rice on the outside… Guess it’s time to find a new sushi joint…

One word… appalled! First I want to give my condolences to Azuki Park Avenue. RIP. Second, the new or «relocated» place has gone downhill since the move from it’s original location. Pretty much the food and services suck. Filthy, grimy bathrooms. Let’s be nice and say, DNAEVERYWHERE! ICK. NEVERAGAIN. Oh and the«wine«is from a box and watered down. SAKEHASTHEFLAVOROFHOTWATERADDED. Very very weak. And what Japanese restaurant runs out of sake on a Friday night? My group had to wait for 45 minutes for our sake while someone from the kitchen ran to there other store for more. Really, have you never heard of taking inventory? Just a thought. You advertise all you can drink! Too through. Go at your own risk.
