Our menu is unique to other Chinese restaurants in that every entrée is carefully designed by Kenny. We use Cantonese cuisine as the base for all of our cooking, and create new options that capture the essence of different cuisines. We only use fresh, organic ingredients, and are mindful of the health benefits. We are mindful and conscious of healthy cooking in American and Chinese cooking, and control the oil and limit our fried option to keep everything healthy but delicious. No MSG is used.
We believe that we are the only Chinese restaurant in the US that’s able to bring this unique perspective on food to our customers.
We prefer that you dine-in with us so we can control your experience, and the quality and taste of what we serve you. We do have a limited takeout menu, however.
History
Established in 2015.
We opened our doors in January 2015 with the goal of spreading Chinese food and culture to the area.
Meet the Business Owner
Kenny and Thomas L.
Business Owner
Thomas and Kenny are the co-owners.
Thomas has been in the food industry most of his life. His dream is the same as Kenny. It is not about making money, but about spreading Chinese food and culture, so people can understand the quality and essence of Chinese cuisine, which has thousands of years of history. The pride and joy of the options here are the high-quality food options made only with fresh, organic ingredients.
Kenny studied in the culinary school in Hong Kong from the age of fifteen. Once he graduated, he had the honor of working in the kitchen for the only 5-star hotel in China at the time. When he moved to the US around 1985, he continued to work in the food industry. He loves learning about other cuisines, so he can integrate them into his own style of cooking. Our whole menu offers only uniquely designed items.
