Not only did I end up paying more than i previously did, but that’s my fault cause i let them trick me into it, they also tricked me into buying a case with the glass screen protector which i trusted cuase i was originally getting on otter case. Had an accident n cracked the glass. They said all they could do was give a discount on a screen protector ._​_​_​_​. Very dissapointed

I went in to this AT&T store looking to lower my monthly bill. Karim welcomed me in a friendly and respectful manner and was so very helpful. He took the time to review my account, determine and explain my options; he was also very patient and thoroughly answered my many questions. I ended up leaving there with a new phone and a significantly reduced monthly bill and could not be happer. He made the process seamless and enjoyable, I felt like he was genuinely happy to help and like I was being taken good care of. I highly recommend visiting this AT&T retailer when the need arises and ask for Karim!

Karim was super helpful! I came in after work, because my phone was just not cooperating with me. Karim took the time to explain everything to me thoroughly so that I knew what my options were. He helped me restore contacts and other tips I should’ve been on top of before having this emergency. He is patient (I ask a lot of questions) and will walk you through the process to help you make the best decision. I usually don’t like visiting these stores, but Karim made it so much less stressful.

Ive been meaning to write this review since December and it’s been bugging me so much because the amazing service I received needs to be recognized!
I’ve never enjoyed a visit to an AT&T store, but Karim was so helpful with all my concerns and clear with all explanations. I felt like he genuinely cared about my situation and that’s hard to come by in the realm of wireless network companies. Really a huge fan!

Today I went in to set up an account, get new phones and ask a million questions. Usually I hate this and am not a patient person but I must say this was an enjoyable experience. He upgraded me and told me promos that I never even knew were available! By far the best customer service from people that really seemed to care! I will be back definitely for all of my phone needs!

Best experience at a phone store ever.
Karim (the owner) and Ravi and Sonia are so nice and helpful. They are always in a great mood and that is something rare to find in customer service now a days. They are honest and straightforward — also rare.
The store is small, so if you go at an especially busy time you may wait a bit but it is worth it!

This place is a dream come true. I get anxiety about phone stores, as I usually have poor experiences, especially in NYC. I also feel like my limited knowledge is taken advantage of occasionally. I entered the store defensive and with backup of my boyfriend and all I can say is time and time again they put me at ease. All three team members were straight forward and lovely to work with. They explained things multiple ways so I fully understood and unpacked the jargon being tossed about. Karim especially was such a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this location to anyone who like me has nerves about cell phone stores, these guys are pros!

I gotta say I was having a horrible day, everything was going wrong and Karim made my day! I was fooled by another store into buying a prepaid phone cause they said my old iphone 4S wouldnt accept any chip. Karim explained to me the difference between GSM and CDMA and helped me to pick a plan that was perfect for me. This store is a family store, what makes all the difference. They are more than happy to assist you in anything you need. They are trustworthy and a pleasure to deal with. Honestly, go over there and try it for yourself, you wont be disappointed. I know this place has a lot of five stars, and at first I was weary that it may be a marketing ploy but it is absolutely not. This store is amazing, hands down. It’s a small Family run store and the people that run it are absolutely delightful and very very very knowledgeable in the product and service.
I was actually going to switch from AT&T because I was so unhappy with my service and I was not able to get straight answers from anyone and my bill was outrageous. But after speaking with the manager of the store, he took the time to explain everything to me and help me get my bill much more under control, I ended up staying with AT&T.
Honestly if you really need help with your account or your product or your service in anyway I highly highly recommend this store.

This place is small and they don’t have devices ready to go. But the manager and the assistance are super helpful!!! I left my stuff in the store and the lady saved it for me to pick it up. And she was also very patient to explain everything. They not only did the math and figure out the best plan for me, but also willing to land me an iPhone to live through the next few days while I was waiting for the new one. I love them!!!
