AT&T

Do not go here. They are terrible.
Without going into a long, boring story I had a feeling what they were telling me was wrong information. I knew this because AT&T (customer service) had given me strict instructions on how to get a new SIM card for an upgraded phone. When I asked them that the information didn’t seem right, they informed me it was correct.
When I looked at my phone and told them that the correct network wasn’t showing up, they reassured me in 1 hour it would change. I was very suspect, and explained to them I did not have time to come back to resolve the issue again, and that this was not what AT&T told me would happen. Later when I asked for a new SIM card because that is what I had been instructed to do, they said I needed to pay for one. I said that would not be a problem but they still refused to give me a new SIM card, once again saying I did not need one. Needless to say, the transaction did not work. I had to call AT&T for a new SIM card, I will be going into another store for another transaction. AT&T also let me know that I do not have to pay for a SIM card. **PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE** They are unprofessional, shady and should not carry the AT&T logo.

I’d give Zero stars if possible. Horrible horrible incompetent staff. I’ve never had such bad customer service — they deny everything and don’t take responsibility for any ridiculous «additions» that they tack onto your bill. I would highly recommend you go to another store or if you have to go through them — CHECK your bill line by line. They are shady and not the smartest people to handle your questions — they have absolutely no idea what they’re doing. Stay away.

My experience wasn’t far off many of the other reviews. That fact that I am putting a review on Unilocal says it all.
I would never support this place again.

If you want go get screwed over and test your patience limit, then this is the place for you. Worst service, unfriendly and unhelpful people. They don’t know anything about their own services. I kept telling them what the problem is with my number and the salesperson said «I don’t believe you unless I see it!» What the hell was that? Now why would I lie if I’m trying to get my inactivated number to actually work? Uuggggghhhh. THE FRUSTRATION! They give you services and when they don’t work the «super talented team «denies that they did it. One Star is actually too much for this piece of sh*t.
I’ve been here 3 times and I leave angry and disappointed every time, I never learn my lesson.

If you’re looking to not have your problem solved and be shown complete luck of interest in it being resolved — by all means visit this location!

Short version: Don’t go here unless you’re looking to deal with shysters.
Long version: I have never been more frustrated and disappointed with a transaction of this type in my entire life. First let me start by sharing that I have been a loyal Verizon customer for over 15 years. Not that they’re perfect, but I know their flaws and faults and actually, I’ve been pretty satisfied with them overall. The ONLY reason I went to an AT&T store was because I received an iPad through work that was already set up to be used with AT&T. I was told to go to a store, get a new SIM card and set up a recurring account for data.
I walked in and Fahada started to assist me. She would not just give me a SIM card. She wanted to know my wireless carrier, she wanted to upsell me this and upsell me that. In the end, she said she could start the account for me, no problem. Well, I got suckered into some deal that’s not only not want I need, but it wasn’t what I asked for. When I called a few days later to try and have them fix it, I talked to some jackass on the phone who I believe is the owner. He was not willing to help me and was rude. I hung up.
Long story short (or longer…) after about an hour on the phone with AT&T reps they told me to go back to the store, cancel the account and get a new SIM card. They said it would be free. I went back and the jackass I spoke with on the phone (he referenced our call) said he’d cancel my account but I’d still have to pay for the month (which is different from what I had been told by the phone rep). He also refused to give me a SIM card. Told me I’d have to buy it. I left.
After ANOTHER hour on the phone with two more reps and visits to three stores, I finally have what I need. No thanks to this scumbag shop that is only looking to take advantage of people.
