The epmloyees of this shop are very respectful, reliable and courteous. The recent renovation and friendly environment makes it more attractive let alone the most prudent service they provide. I took a watch there to fix and I must say that I was most impressed with the level of professionalism the watch expert displayed. My Rolex watch was an unsuccessful challenge to all the watch makers and even the store that I bought it from with all the warranties. This watch maker is genuinely a professional with many years of experience and highest degree of honesty. I tested him many times and sent all my friends and family there with all their jewelry and watch problems. The shoe repair guys are also crafty and responsible. I would most definitely recommend this place without reservations.

I brought in a rather expensive watch to have a new band attached. The band is attached with long pins and short screws, tricky to manage, which is why I brought it in. Long story short: they broke the heads off the screws that insert into the pins. I discovered this when one of the screw heads attaching the band dropped off. I investigated, I disassembled the pins and screws myself(not hard now, since they were broken), and discovered that they had broken both screws and pins and simply wedged them in there so it looked fixed and did not tell me. Do not go here. They will break your stuff and charge your for it.

This shoe repair store used to be a favorite. The Manager WAS extremely cordial and the service WAS reasonably priced and well done. That is no longer the case. The new Manager is nasty and rude and his pricing is high for even the most minor repair. When I objected to being charged $ 8 for putting a spot of glue to hold a shoe strap on one of my shoes, he started yelling at me and physically threatened me. Stay away from this store if you want to be treated respectfully. cb
