History

Established in 2014.

In fall 2014, we launched Apple Repair NYC with the mission of becoming the leader of Apple device repair services in the area of Columbia University of Morningside Heights and the Upper West Side of Manhattan. After noticing a lot of fixable Apple products going unfixed, we realized that we have the ability to create a highly specialized service aimed at helping everyone, from college students to busy working professionals, with getting their Apple products back to working order.

We have over 9 years of experience with hardware and software repairs and are experts on all things Apple, from iCloud, to screen replacements, to memory upgrades and data transfers.

With dozens of successfully completed repairs in the since we launched, we are quickly becoming a market leader in the area for Apple device repairs.

Dan and his team are amazing! They replaced my screen (I apparently have butterfingers) and even provided pickup/​drop off service for less than what Apple would have charged me. I thought I would go through withdrawals without my phone, but they had it fixed and back in my hands within a few hours. My iPad Mini’s screen cracked in the midst of finals, and I was freaking out. A colleague recommended AppleRepair NYC to me and I am very thankful he did. Dan did a phenomenal job, amazingly repairing it within two hours and eliminating the stress I was getting from a broken iPad! He was also very accommodating with the pick-​up and drop-​off location and time. AppleRepair NYC beats spending a fortune at the Apple Store by a million times!

Dan does an incredible job fixing apple products. The repaired product will be aesthetically pleasing with an outlook that shows great precision. Got my Mac keyboard replaced at a much lower cost compared to the official Apple Store price. Never thought my old Mac could be saved. Now it’s up and running like new. Dan was very responsive and offered flexible pick-​up and delivery services. He’s totally the go-​to guy for any Apple product related issues. Thumbs up!

Had my RAM upgraded and Dan did an amazing job, taking the time to explain the improvements to me, even fixing my wobbly screen and making sure my laptop was running as fast as it could.
