If you are pregnant, plan to become pregnant or postpartum, staying fit is extremely important. Our pre/​post natal certified personal trainers will safely and effectively help you meet the challenges of pregnancy.

Following the guidelines set by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) and working in conjunction with the recommendations of your OB/​GYN, our personal trainers will design a customized fitness program that is safe, effective and specifically tailored to your individual needs and goals. With the guidance and knowledge of our prenatal and postpartum certified personal trainers you will achieve the results you desire — guaranteed!

We are available for pre and postnatal personal training in the privacy of your home, office or private gym throughout New York City NY.

Meet the Business Owner

Jason K.

Business Owner

Jason began his prenatal fitness career over ten years ago with Equinox Fitness and spent over five years employed as a personal trainer at Reebok Sports Club.

Jason is certified by the American Council on Exercise as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor; by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS); and by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist (CES) and performance enhancement specialist (PES). Additionally, he is certified by The Sports Club/​LA as a pre/​post natal specialist. Jason personally trained under Julie Tupler and holds a certificate that qualifies him to teach the Tupler Technique.

Jason’s specialties include pregnancy related weight loss/​gain, diastasis rehabilitation, pre/​post natal postural correction, core and pelvic floor strengthening, Pelvic Pain (Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction) and high risk/​multiples prenatal workouts.
