Allergy & Asthma Associates of Murray Hill

This doctor office is not for me. I find the office very unprofessional and have been here twice. There is so much negativity. They don’t care if if the patients can hear what they are saying. The nurse was claiming that she had to stay late and was rushing me through my appointment. They call your name and you have to go find where the nurse and Doctor is. I thought they usually come to get you at all other offices I have been to. The doctors office was a disaster. It looked like a hoarders office. Foul language was used by the nurse on my first visit and on my second (so far) someone who works here is ranting at the front desk. Not a positive way to start the day. They need more training on professionalism and some good house cleaning. What are hey saying about the patients for they openly complain about the doctors and the working environment.

Such a horrible experience ever. I’ve been waiting for hour and a half to see a doctor. The appointment was set 1 week upfront. But instead of that DR. Michael Teitel talked to his friends while I was staying at front-​desk area.
I have light sun allergy and skin rush because of that so he recommended me just — STAY AWAY FROM THE SUN. After 1,5 hour of waiting and paying him for visit. Such an amazing advise. So smart. And that is it — 5 minutes of his time.

This is the only asthma and allergy drs. That have kept my asthma and allergies under control. I’ve been to at least 5 others. They know their stuff and staff is the best I’ve seen. Coming here for many, many years. A+

Dr. Micheal Tietel has been my doctor for years. He takes extra time and care, he also listens to your concerns. I have my asthma and allergies under control since I’ve been seeing him. Kudos Doc!

This is NOT of the doctor, who I am sure is wonderful as I have heard only the best things about him, however my experience has only been with the PA-​C and the terrible front office. They have failed to fax a very critical chest XRay now for well over 48 hours, in spite of repeated calls requesting for the fax. Their professionalism therefore has been rated at 1. If possible I would rate them at a negative 5, given the circumstances.- A sick, harrowed patient.
