Alicja Klimkiewicz, DC

I have been seeing Alicia for nearly 20 years. She is kind and very knowledgeable and has helped me with numerous health issues over the years. She really cares about her patients and goes the extra mile to care for them. She is a great chiropractor and a healer as well.

Dr. Alicia is quirky but very nice and knowledgeable and has your best interest in mind. I went to her a few years ago not being able to walk straight, after a few treatments she had me feeling so much better and now I just come in for maintenance.

I bought a coupon from LivingSocial to get a massage here, which is the biggest mistake I have ever made (and that’s saying a lot). When I call to book a time, they tell me they have appointments and the moment I mention I have a voucher, there’s none available. All the appointments that were available a minute ago? «For patients only.» One receptionist told me they were empty the whole week only to turn me down when I said I have a coupon. I don’t understand how the whole week is free but only for non-​couponers.
Incredibly poor business practices — don’t put your business up on LivingSocial if you’re not going to honor the coupon. Given the way they treat potential customers, I’m pretty sure New York Chiro Health is going to go out of business soon. Save yourself the pain of having to find another chiropractor and skip this one. This practice is definitely not worth the time or money.

My first experience at this office will certainly be my last. The chiropractor provided me with some interesting facts about the spine, but my attention was drawn since the door to the room wouldn’t close and I stood there in a robe while other patients walked by.
Then my appointment got even worse. The masseuse was totally inappropriate and left me feeling completely violated and wanting to cry. The head rest on the massage table was broken so I had to either rest on my chin or turn my face side/​side in order to breathe. He walked out of the room twice, leaving the door cracked each time, without covering me with the sheet. I have never in my life received a massage that was more unprofessional to say the very least. Don’t go to this office, especially if you are a female!

The Chiropractor was a little off. She was very knowledgeable but she started telling me all her thoughts about the declinding industry of healthcare and how she hasn’t been really making any money. I wasn’t sure where she was going with this but it did make me feel uncomfortable. Then the masseuse. It gets even worst. I’m convinced that he tried to violate me. Let’s just say that he thought I was cute and said I didn’t look my age. Let’s just leave it at that. The massage wasn’t even that good. He mostly took up the hour rubbing my behind and my hands.
