I work with Mark Josefsberg who teaches Alexander Technique at ACAT and also holds group classes off-​site Saturday evenings.
I highly recommend Alexander Technique, and also working with Mark. He has been an incredible help to me, and anyone interested in AT should check him out.
Mark is helpful, good humored, inquisitive, and informative. I have attended his group classes and also taken private lessons with him. The group lessons are a great introduction to the technique, but I most highly recommend working with him privately — or doing both private and group classes in tandem. The one-​on-​one attention is invaluable and after every session I feel myself taking leaps forward in my understanding and application of AT.
I work as a yoga instructor and as an actor, and working with Mark has helped me be better at both. In group classes I’ve met video editors, accountants, speech therapists, and grandmothers. Whatever you do — Alexander Technique can help you, and Mark is an exceptional teacher to learn from.
