i scheduled to go to work late so the person could come by to measure — between 9 and 10. just before 10 i finally called, are you on your way? «yes, between 10 and 11! for such a blunder when someone schedules their job around them they should pay me! it is not rocket science and there are other window replacements, even cheaper ones. i am sure the random one i scheduled with will do a fine job, and i’ll leave them a review accordingly.

Needed shades for new apt in NYC as none came with rental. Aggressive was prompt and professional. Courteous installers. Would highly recommend.

I am in total agreement with negative reviews. I only wish I had read them before hiring Aggressive Glass. Customer service is non existent. They are unreliable, untruthful and disorganized.

This place is the most unprofessional shady place ever! They scheduled two different appointments and never showed up. I waited and waited and not so much as a phone call. Of –course both times when I called no one was even there to pick up the phone. When I finally did speak to them they had the audacity to not even apologize and to be rude and disrespectful. There are other companies this one is just not worth it!

My building contracts with them for our windows. They do good work but they never show up when they are supposed to. I have taken off work twice already and they are always either late or they cancel at the last minute. If you don’t have to use them, don’t,

Horrible customer service. Would never recommend them to anyone

I made an appointment to have them come and take a look at my window that needs to be fixed 2 weeks in advance as I rarely get a day off. They told me they would be here between 9 – 12:00. When 12:00 came and went, I called them up to see what was going on. A very rude woman told me that there were other jobs ahead of me and that I need to wait. When I asked her if other clients were more important than me, she told me they were a few miles away and would be here soon. Two hours came and went. I finally got fed up and cancelled my appointment with them — no apologies, no inquiries. Very rude customer service and they didn’t even bother showing up. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I would have given them zero star if it was possible.
