Aabc plumbing is either a scam or simply a horrible plumber. I had a leaky faucet, and didn’t want to deal with my landlord, so I called Aabc. They came and for close to $ 500 «fixed» my leak. But, the job they did made it very difficult to turn the knob and after about a month the leak was back. They came back to fix it again, for free, but told me if there were a problem again they would charge me again. Well, a week later the leak was back. I finally called my landlord. The plumber they sent took about 2 minutes to fix the leak and it had been fine ever since. I’ll never call Aabc again!

My name is Caprice and I live on 131st street in NYC. Last month, I was a customer of this company(AABC at 172 East 112th Street), and I was very very happy with the customer service of the owner, Dan, who seemed to run a very tight ship! My plumbing issue ended up being way more involved than we initially anticipated, but Dan was extremely accommodating and professional with everything. In these current times when businesses have seemingly lost interest in providing good customer service, and most seem to be only interested in «getting over» on people(which has definitely been my experience with other companies), I am happy to report that this company is definitely old world professionalism. That was my honest experience with this company and it is with pleasure that I recommend them.

It was scary just giving this man my address and after quoting me almost $ 100 just too look at a small issue I am having, I decided to shop around. Found others who would do it for free. When I called back and canceled my appointment he just hung up on me. They also answer the phone in murmured«eghh!» I wish I was exaggerating. Steer clear.
