I order from here far more often than I would like to admit! Fast delivery, hot food, and delicious! Also, if they’re ever out of anything I’ve ordered they call right away and rectify the situation. No complaints and I recommend!(Basil beef/Shrimp tempura sushi/Mochi balls/Thai iced tea are a must!)

A+ for sushi takeout! The delivery was super fast – it only took 15 minutes to arrive. Food: Maki Combo(spicy tuna/spicy salmon/spicy yellowtail) — fish tasted super fresh! As a result, it wasn’t handled into an unpalatable paste like in many other restaurants and had great texture. Thai Iced Tea– I wasn’t expecting much when I ordered this item – they’re usually made improperly and end up tasting gross and watered down; but this was actually really creamy delicious. They leave the tea concentrate at the bottom so you can enjoy the novelty of mixing your own thai iced tea. Yellow Curry Vermicelli Noodle — This thick, rich yellow coconut curry based noodle soup was a mildly disappointing. It could’ve used a bit more curry flavor and salt and a less sugar, though I still enjoyed eating it. The noodles were a firm and bouncy and didn’t get soggy at all. Having tasted these things I’m pretty sure that many of the other items on the menu are going to be really good! Will totally order from here again in the future!

Fantastic, tasty, carefully-chosen sushi. Some of the best on the UWS. Fast, efficient delivery. Pleasant delivery guy! No complaints and plenty of kudos!

This is my go-to lunch spot, $ 11 for 3 rolls and a soup or salad. And their pad thai is great tasting with a little spice and it’s a huge lunch portion for takeout. I will always recommend A1 Asian Fusion. Its also clean, tasty, the staff is nice, accommodating, and quick with takeout orders. Delivery is quick and comes right to my receptionist. This is as good as it gets for reasonably priced sushi in Harlem.

I frequently order take out from this place because I work close by. They have really good lunch specials! it usually takes 20 minutes, so make sure to order ahead of time. Everything here is decent in terms of price, freshness and selection. Nothing in particular stands out about this place, however if you’re craving sushi and don’t want to travel too far, this is probably the best place to go. Unilocal 24 food ordering app(much like seamless) offers $ 2 dollar off coupons very frequently, so make sure to do a search for the promo code :)

I’ve never actually eaten at the establishment but I’ve ordered from grub hub. I ordered the Hawaiian island roll, spicey tuna roll with crispies, and beef pad seew noodles. F*cking amazing. That Hawaiian island roll was just so flavorful. Crab, eel, caviar wrapped with a thin sliced avocado and sweet sauce. Like really really good. My pad seew beef noodles was on point. I just wish it had a little more beef. But I loved the sautéed chopped veggies in the dish as well. Writing this is making me wish it was opened now at 1am… I’m craving that Hawaiian island roll.

I thought the point of ordering and delivery was the convenience of not leaving my apartment. Delivery person refused to enter my building or come upstairs. I had to dress and take my son with me just to pick up the food and to add insult to injury. I go all the way down to meet him. Son in hand. to catch him smoking a cigarette while holding my food. Too bad the food was actually good… I won’t be dealing with this nonsense again. Or paying tip in advance in case some ridiculous thing like this happens again.

Delivery was SO fast at 3:00pm. Ordered Pad Thai, which was just okay. Rather bland and dry. Bok Choy with garlic sauce was good. Hot and Sour soup was hot in temperature, but had almost no flavor. Didn’t finish anything I ordered and don’t want to refrigerate. Probably won’t order those items again, but I need to try to sushi since that’s what they seem to get rave reviews for.

First time ordering from them and it was great. I had the chicken teriyaki, brown rice and a salad. It was delicious freshly grilled chicken and the salad was good too. I was expecting a cheap ice berg lettuce salad instead I was happy to see romaine and other nice greens. My boyfriend got the Hawaiian Seafood rice, nice portion and the prices are fair. We ended our meal with a fried ice cream. Overall, it was a great food, delivery was within the estimated 30 – 40 minutes.

Alright. Well. My experience here is completely different from the bad reviews here. But then again, all I order here is the cashew chicken and the chicken katsu. The cashew chicken is excellent. The vegetables are crisp. Never overcooked, which is a pet peeve of mine. And I think it’s consistently seasoned just right. I also really like the chicken katsu. I think it’s one of the best in the city… and I’ve been to a bunch of Japanese restaurants. We also eat in the dining room and they have some of the nicest staff around. I haven’t had the sushi or other things, but that’s because I don’t expect good sushi in New York City. Growing up in Hawaii, I don’t really have high expectations with sushi in the mainland. So, I can’t really say anything about their sushi or sashimi. I live around the corner of this restaurant and am becoming a regular in this place. I hope they stay in business.

Anyone in the neighborhood looking for Asian food… Save your money and do not order from here. My food was over seasoned and spoiled. I order delivery often and was excited to try a new place. I ordered the broccoli and chicken and the tofu vegetable with cashew which both came with miso soup. I eagerly opened the miso and it tasted like flavored water. I closed up the soup and pushed it aside and figured that’s ok since it was complimentary with the dish. Next I opened up the tofu and vegetable. It was so salty and over seasoned it was hard to eat. I figured I wouldn’t complain because maybe the other dish and miso soup would be ok. I told the person I was with to try their chicken because it looked good! One bite and she put her fork down. The chicken was spoiled. To get a second opinion we invited my roommate to try the chicken and he immediately agreed. We decided to call seamless since that’s who we ordered with. Seamless was so kind and contacted the restaurant about our issue. When the person from seamless got back on the phone, she told us that A1 refused to give us a refund because«they hadn’t had a problem with food all day.» …I don’t know how that is an acceptable response from any restaurant. I’ve never had an issue with a restaurant having spoiled food, but I never imagined that if I did they would argue back that my complaint wasn’t valid. Right after my phone call with seamless, A1 called me and offered to redeliver my dish. I didn’t want spoiled food or food that is not edible redelivered to me. Never again with A1. I feel so ripped off. 25 dollars and 6 dollars in «gratuity» literally sitting in my trash can.

Boyfriend ordered me noodle soup. I usually never have soup so I was worried it would taste like the usual Ramen noodles Im used to. However it was gourmet, including shrimp, onion, carrots and really good quality noodles in a separate container that I can add in as I please. I truly enjoyed it and feel better already. :-)

Found a long hair in the hot and sour soup. That is never good. Do not order the crab rangoon because it costs $ 6 and you get three measly little pieces. Apart from these issues, each food item we ordered was very good. In addition to the items mentioned we ordered chicken with broccoli and general tso’s chicken. I would order each item again(minus the rangoon).

Ordered from A1 last night, beyond pleased they were open so late on Christmas. They have an extensive online menu and the delivery was here in about 25 minutes flat. The chicken sesame my boyfriend ordered was the best Takeout he said he has tasted yet. But the salmon avocado roll was a bit warm and tasted a bit strange so i stopped eatting it halfway through. I also tried their tuna pizza, it was okay, a tortilla base and quite a bit of spicy mayo and eel sauce. The avocado was not spread evenly so id either eat a slice of straight tuna or a slice of straight avocado. All in all I probably wouldnt order sushi from them again but I would try their other warm dishes. A little pricy for the portions but not unreasonable.

Saw this newly opened restaurant with all the good reviews decided to give it a try. Ordered the shrimp pad Thai taste pretty ok, but needed to drink soooo much water afterwards not sure if it was cause of the overdose of MSG or something. Also ordered a bunch of Sushi looked fine when it came out, then I found a living substance moving on top of my tuna sushi. I was horrified. Immediately paid and left. GOTFOODPOISONANDDIARREAWHEN I GOTHOME!!! AVOIDATALLCOSTTRYATYOUROWNRISK. Not sure if this restaurant pass all the sanitation. I don’t want anyone else to get the same experience I got. Good luck.

Had severe food poisoning after eating the tempura appetizer and edamame. I’ve never been so sick in my life. I would highly suggest staying away from this restaurant.
