If I could give 0 stars, I would definitely do so. I’ve been here for two hours and have yet to be registered. The staff is unorganized and unprofessional. Aside from that, they’re inconsiderate of people’s time.
Originally, I made this appointment via ZocDoc, which has all my information on it but somehow I was required to provide all my information again. As I wrote this information down two hours ago, it is now that I am being registered. I even arrived 15 minutes prior to the appointment.
The doctor himself isn’t the problem, it’s the facility he’s working at. Truthfully, with all these terrible reviews, I do not understand how this place is still open.

If only I could give zero stars! This place is horrible! Loud and so unorganized and the employees have absolutely NO customer service skills or empathy. And you wait hours to see the doctor… simply ridiculous!

Zero stars, horrible wait time even if you make an appt. It’s first come first serve when you get there. The staff is very rude and is busy eating behind the counter to ask questions. Don’t come here if you have plans for the day. You’ll stay waiting here all day long.

This place is GHETTO.
The staff, they are the worst. They were running around yelling in Spanish.
Very rude women, will have you standing there and ignore you.
As I went downstairs a staff member forced her way pass me on the narrow staircase.
I wouldn’t take a rat here for treatment.

After waiting 45 minutes in a packed, hot, LOUD waiting area with no hand sanitizer to be found anywhere, I was told I couldn’t pay my copay with a check; cash or credit card only. I walked out.

This place is a fraud which simplys serve as a cover up for medicade fraud! I was told several times that unless I have medicade they will not see me inwhich they charge your medicade card up to 200 bucks just to re write a prescription! Dr. Queshi is a big rude joke! I asked can my prescription be called in he tells me no and hang up the phone on me several time saying I’m busy go to your doctor hello he been the only doctor i’ve been to since 5? he has become a crook and a disrespectful minority hating one at that! I will be reporting this fraud to anyone that will look into his malpractice!
