Yaron was very helpful, nice, and communicative in mine and my husbands interactions with him! He was understanding of our needs and situation which made working with him a pleasant and seamless experience. He made the process of applying for our apartment as simple as possible and got us all the information we needed and set up our apartment viewing quickly and professionally. We are very happy to have worked with him!

Yaron helped me find a great rental apartment in the Upper West Side. Working with him was a pleasure, he was very prompt, well organized, and friendly. I really felt that he was invested in getting me the apartment. I would highly recommend his services.

I do not like change — after experiencing a nightmare with apartment hunting my first time, I stayed at my first apartment for 3 years. But with increasing rent, I decided to move.
Working with Yaron was a pleasure. He WILL indeed answer your phone call, no matter what time. Anxious while waiting to hear back from the landlord, I called him multiple times for questions and assurance. He answered each time in less than 5 dial tones.
I can tell you one thing with confidence: THEIR INVENTORY IS AMAZING.
I looked at around 30 apartments in the matter of 1.5 weeks. Even with consideration to the agent fee, trust me, I could not find any other apartments within the similar price range with as large of bedrooms, good location, etc. Great value per dollar. He also worked with me on the agent fee, which was very reasonable.
One way or another, the New York market is competitive. If you don’t take it, someone else will; speculating whether you could have saved that extra dollar or two by saving on agent fees is pointless. With that in consideration, I prioritize timeliness, inventory and mannerism when it comes to agents/​brokers. Yaron has all three of them.
The agent can’t do anything to about personal circumstances such as a bad credit record, etc — that is up to the landlord. If such is the case, go with another broker who has inventory specifically for such circumstances. Through Yaron, I got a very nice apartment that I am extremely happy with without a guarantor.

Yaron was nice and help throughout the entire bureaucratic process with the management company. The application process was relatively easy and fast, and Yaron kindly helped me negotiate move-​in days.

I recently came across a listing that seemed too good to be true on the UES so I immediately reached out to Yaron to view the place. I was able to view the apartment right away and knew I wanted it. I got in contact with Yaron to let him know I was interested, and he provided me with the application and credit check application right away. I scheduled a second viewing for my boyfriend to check it out and we both decided it was the right fit. Yaron was super helpful, honest, and made himself available to answer all of our questions making the process smooth and quick. Definitely recommend Yaron and 4 Points Properties.

Ron was great throughout the whole process while we were searching for an apartment. I especially liked that he was willing to work with us and help guide me and my father the right way. I felt like he was on my side and doing everything he could to work with the real estate company all the up to the lease signing, and communicate everything that was needed to help get us the apartment we wanted. I would definitely work with him again. Highly recommended.

What is normally a daunting and overwhelming process became a pleasure. Working with Yaron was quick and just so easy. He’s always there to pick up your calls to answer any questions (and believe me, there were a ton) — even after signing the lease. Yaron goes above and beyond which most realtors don’t bother to do. This was the first time I have used a real estate agent in NYC so I was very skeptical but I have to say Yaron Bedid did a great job helping us navigate the entire process of renting this apartment. Like previous reviews stated he has a very calm and patient personality — not pushy — upfront and honest about the process. This was the first apartment for all 3 tenants (one my daughter) so it was a lot to coordinate. He went above and beyond what was expected. Thank you Yaron — the girls love the apartment and I will recommend you to my friends!

Yaron is so helpful and patient! He’s been straightforward and accommodating throughout the whole process. We just signed a lease with him and couldn’t be more happy/​excited about our new place. (:

Wanted to give an update after we’ve been moved in for three months now for a more holistic review. Yaron has continued to be amazing, being just as responsive and attentive as he was when we were going through the signing process. Some people might change post lease signing, to «get you in the door,» but this is absolutely not the case with Yaron. For example, we had a small leak from the kitchen sink and he immediately had someone come repair it. Anytime we have any questions, Yaron immediately responds within the day. It’s apparent that Yaron really cares about the apt and the tenants. He is great!

4 Points Properties and Yaron are the best! He helped me and my girlfriend find a great apartment when moving from CA to NYC. We had a very short time frame to find a place. He helped us to locate one and within two days we were moved in. He then provided assistance for the next four years. He’s extremely honest and I would highly recommend working with him.

Honestly I can not say enough fantastic things about 4 Points Properties and Yaron! From day one he was extremely helpful, and moved things along quickly. My fiancé were able to find our apartment, complete all the lease details, and have our keys the same weekend! We were in that apartment for four years, and his attentiveness truly went unmatched. So thankful for 4 Points Properties for taking the stress out of the apartment search!

Yaron has been on point. I signed a lease just last week, and leading up to the signing he was immediately responsive and honest. As soon as we saw this apt, my girlfriend and I were excited — we even requested the first application. We filled it out immediately, gathered all of the required documents, and sent it over. In the meantime, a few other applications were requested and distributed (Yaron was honest about this). However, he said if we were all good with our application he would «push us through» and keep us #1. We were ecstatic. Unfortunately, my credit check came back with a minor blemish. I thought we were done for, as Yaron explained it was company policy to request a guarantor in a situation such as this. I was worried that this delay (along with the blemish) would bury our application among the others.
Fortunately, I had an available guarantor, and Yaron told us that if we can get the paperwork together, he will still keep us #1 on the list. This was great news, and I was surprised by his flexibility — many Property Managers and Brokers simply churn out applications, collect fees, and pluck the «richest» applicant from the stack. Not Yaron. WIthin 2 days, he called back, saying he understood the blemish on the credit was minor, and the guarantor information looked great — he then asked us when we could sing the lease. We were thrilled — truly shocked that he did in fact have our back all along and he was as honest and reliable as we hoped.
Since we signed the lease, he has been extremely helpful in arranging communication between us and the current tenants. There was one last issue: the apt comes fully furnished, and his company owns the furniture in the apartment (which was nice) but we already have a bed we love. Instead of saying we would have to buy out the bed that currently resides in the apt, or store it ourselves if we wished to replace it, he allowed us to give it to a family member. For free! This proved so flexible, helpful, and efficient for our move.

So in addition to this review, I reported 4 Points and Yaron Bedid to the Better Business Bureau. Since then, Yaron has harassed me via text, cell phone and by calling me at work trying to bully me into taking down this review. He even went
as far as to contact my recruiter who had written my offer letter (I work as a contractor). According to him, a bad Unilocal review is «illegal» and «slander.»
Yaron also tried to say roommate and I lied about our credit situation (I’m not
making this up!). Before we applied, we disclosed our exact credit scores
(on credit karma) as well as the reasons behind our low scores (unemployment,
not knowing outstanding bills existed). In a bad economy, who hasn’t had credit issues? Yaron told us that it wouldn’t be a problem. Then after we applied, his response to us was that were not approved, but if we paid the 12% broker fee, magically we were. Looks like he likes to cash in on situations where people
have credit issues.
Ultimately I chose stay at my current apartment and not rent with 4 Points because
I felt that the situation was a bait and switch. After asking other brokers who had
been referred to me by people I trust, my suspicions were confirmed. My would
be roommate (we both would have been moving out of studios) decided to rent another studio with them because she was in a tight spot and needed to secure
a place asap and didn’t want to have do another credit check. And yes, she
ended up paying the 12% broker fee. That’s exactly what these dishonest
brokers count on when they list on craigslist as no fee.
Also, there was another customer review regarding a similar situation (no fee apartment listed on craigslist where tenant applied and then there was a surprise broker fee) that mysteriously disappeared. Perhaps he harassed them too?

Stay away!
The agent showed us an apartment in NYC that we liked, asked for a ton of documents which we provided, and then said everything looks fine and we should get the apartment. After that we didn’t hear anything and a few days of chasing revealed that the owner had already rented out the apartment to another renter.
4 Points properties still charged us $ 200 for credit check after their mess up.
Looks like they do this just to make whatever money they can of unavailable apartments.
Very bad business practice.
