25 Tudor City Pl Owners Corporation

After commuting to NYC from PA for two years, I decided to nix that sh*t and go all out in Manhattan. I absolutely loved living here and miss it terribly!
I lived in an east-​facing studio on the 4^th floor, with views of the UN and the water. Rent was $ 1,650/month. The laundry room was located in the basement. The building also had an online website setup for residents, where we could submit repair requests, post furniture sales, job requests, etc. I really appreciated this extra bonus! The park in front of the building is especially gorgeous in the winter. Tudor City is a 20 minute walk to Times Square, and about a 15 minute walk to the nearest subway station on Lexington Ave. There’s a cute nail salon («Tudor Garden» I think) within the neighborhood, and it’s a block away from a nasty Gristedes. I ended up buying most of my produce from the fruit/​veggie guy in front of Gristedes instead.
Also, the staff here are great. The doormen were extremely nice, polite, and helped me feel safe at home. There was only one doorman with a terrible attitude but he got a little nicer to me over time. The property management staff were always responsive and took care of any problems I had with the apartment.
All in all…25 Tudor is a really, really good memory. I want to move back!
