1 Sale A Day

I have used 1 Sale a day for almost a year and now realized every product i bought is not working anymore. First i didn’t realize but one day when my weighing machine was not working which i bought on this website and then it strike me that i bought suitcase set, knife set, cables etc etc nothing is working anymore. ALL product sold on this website is local product shipped from China and VERY VERY bad quality. They are not durable at all.

It was my first purchase at the website — $ 69.99 worth of electronics.
Made a purchase in Dec 2013, tried to cancel my order and also got the email:
«Hello Valued Customer,
Your order has already begun processing and unfortunately, at this stage we are unable to cancel it.
Please refuse the package from the postal carrier. Once we receive the return, we will be glad to issue a full refund.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can assist you with today.»
I tried many times contact the customer support later, hoping to cancel my purchase and get the refund, but interesting enough — I didn’t get the product OR the refund. Not even an answer.
Never bought again, terrible customer service. Don’t ever try to buy at this website.

I ordered a refurbished Panasonic Toughbook from 1Sale, and paid via PayPal. I received my laptop 15 days after paying for it and proceeded to turn it on and set it up. When I needed to type in characters for a password using the Toughbook’s keyboard, I found that the keys on the right side of the keyboard were entering the wrong characters. Okay. I need to contact 1Sale to let them know they sent me a defective product, and I that I will need a Return Authorization to send it back to 1Sale to get a refund. Sounds simple doesn’t it? NOT! They do not have a Customer Service phone number so a customer may speak to a representitive. They insist on having the customer email them. Okay, so I emailed them. I emailed them everyday for 5 days straight and never once got a response. At this point I am furious. I contact PayPal and open a dispute. I then escalate it to a claim the next day. Still no response from 1Sale. Finally on day 7, I get an email from PayPal stating they will reimburse me for the laptop, but I must send it back to 1Sale, with tracking provided to PayPal AT MY OWN EXPENSE. That will be at least 20.00, maybe more. After the PayPal email, I finally get an email from 1Sale. It says they can’t do anything about my «issue» because a dispute has been filed. What? Oh no. What a load of manure. I will send them back the defective Toughbook, get my 259.99 refund, eat the 20 something dollar cost of shipping it back to 1Sale, and spend my free time letting others know what a horrible experience this has been. I will do this until I feel my anger subside. If 1Sale wants to make it right, they will refund me the entire cost of shipping their defective merchandise back, until then look for me on any consumer review website which can be «Googled», the BBB, and Unilocal.Others should be made aware of the scam being perpetrated on unsuspecting customers.

On June 16^th I got an email from the company saying:
«Based on the order number you’ve provided, I was able to confirm that your order has already begun processing and unfortunately, at this stage we are unable to cancel.
Please refuse the package from the postal carrier.
Once we receive the return, we will be glad to issue a full refund.
Refunds are processed within 5 – 7 days of us receiving the item from the shipper.
We?apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.»
On June 19^th I got an email from the company saying:
«Dear Valued Customer,
Thank you for contacting 1sale.
I regret to inform you, that the item you ordered is no longer in stock. I am terribly sorry for the inconvenience and the time it took for this process. You will receive a full, immediate refund of all funds transferred.
Please allow 5 – 7 days for the transfer to appear. Once again, I am sorry for the inconvenience.»
Nightmare company. DO NOT USE.

There is no way to contact them except emailing and they hardly reply to my email. I bought a pair of shoes on 2÷12÷2014 and they emailed me a UPS tracking number on 2÷14÷14 I have been tracking it since then and it doesn’t even show it has been shipped by today 3÷18÷2014. They have the worst customer service. I will not buy from them any more. No wonder they don’t charge for shipping because they never ship! Stay away from them.

1Saleaday is a great place for finding good deals on the web.
They also have an android app that I use to check on their daily deals
So far, everything that I have ordered has worked properly, ranging from $ 5 cables to a $ 600 Canon 4ti

Honestly I’m surprised by all the horrible reviews and no somewhat positive ones. Yes, this website takes FOREVER to get your packages from. So don’t ever count on them for getting an item by a specific date. NEVER order item as gift or you will be sorry. However, with that said, despite the slow shipping I’ve never had a real issue. I’ve ordered tons of items from this site over the years and all have been fine. With the exception of 1 necklace that came broken but it was a $ 5 necklace and so I just tossed it, wasn’t worth any hassle. I have other inexpensive jewelry from them that I wear and looks cute. Also have bought lots of cheap basic underwear, bras and undershirts and all are fantastic, paid a fraction of the cost I would have in the stores. I ordered 2 Roku boxes from them back in October, received just a few weeks later and have been using almost daily since with no problems. Yes, electronic items are usually refurbished but that’s why they are so cheap. What did you expect when you paid half the price of in the store? I’ve never had to deal with their customer service so I can’t say anything there. Sucks that people have problems, wish the company could fix that because I do believe it’s an OK company. But since I’ve never contacted them I can’t give a complaint. My advice? Just be careful. Don’t order anything expensive and don’t order anything you need ASAP. And definitely use Paypal, you can dispute items really easily through Paypal if you do have an issue. You can save money and get decent items. I would have given 4 stars but I knocked them down because of how unhappy so many others are with their customer service, businesses shouldn’t do that to people. But for me, 4 stars.

In my entire time buying anything online, this store is by far the worst experience. This site is a fraud and scam. Avoid by all means. Don’t get fooled by low prices. I wish I read all the reviews about this site online before I bought anything.
1. They completely misrepresent the products. Most of the stuff they sell is either broken or refurbished.
2. It takes them 2 month to send you merchandise.
3. Customer service does not exist.
4. Return service does not exist.
5. Lie after lie from the person who answers emails once a week.
6. Only automated responses.
I’m glad that my lesson only cost me 40 dollars. I feel very sorry for people who lost hundreds with these crooks.

Ordered a watch and burberry perfume on 12÷3÷13 to be shipped to my mom for Christmas to Hawaii and they never received it until now. Been playing with back and forth online about status of order, they kept on giving me the run around. I finally asked for a refund and they only gave me partial refund. WTH?! and I’ve been a loyal customer.

These guys are crooked, plain and simple. They take the money form customers first… then negotiate the order with the vendors. If they don’t get the promised quantity ordered, they simply list the same product again at a later date. IN the mean time, their customers just wait… having paid already. Their «support» is non-​existent and if they do respond, it’s just lies. I still haven’t received an order I placed on Dec 2^nd, 2013 and they haven’t replied to my customer support inquiry in weeks. I actually got an email that said their customer support response time is now 15 – 20 days. I kid you not.

I’d much rather give this company no stars than even one. I purchased Beats from them on December 2^nd and was told they would arrive in 1 – 2 weeks of the purchase. After repeated unsuccessful attempts to contact the company by phone and by email, I sent a request to PayPal to cancel the order on January 14^th. (6 WEEKS LATER!) Two days after I began to dispute the transaction the company responded to PayPal and shipped the Beats. It is now January 21^st and the Beats finally arrived today. I cannot express enough how disappointed and dissatisfied I am with this company. I strongly urge others to NOT become customers!

Stay way at all cost. These guys are regular crooks disguised as an internet business. My story is just like everyone else’s. I purchased power line ethernet adapters on December 1^st. After requesting a delivery date I was sent a tracking number from UPS around the 15^th. Unfortunately UPS says all they received was shipping information but no package was ever shipped. I begin sending emails requesting information but they never respond. I’ll consider this a $ 50 lesson never to do business with these criminals again.
Update:
On Feb 1^st I received an email saying that they have can process my refund request by order hasn’t been processed yet. Every single email I receive from these criminals contradicts the last email. Anyways, as expected it’s the 13^th of Feb and no refund yet.

Wish I read these before I ordered. Ordered a Christmas gift on Dec 3^rd. By the 19^th getting nervous. Sent email inquiry. Never get a response other than a tracking number. i follow up 0on the tracking # to find they shipped on the 19^th, no doubt after I inquired. Rec’vd on January 3^rd. Great Santa Gift for the kids right. NEVER will I buy from these guys again.
FOLLOW UP: Item received, not working properly. TRYING to return get NO response from customer service. I highly advise DO NOT patronize taking a chance. I could have bought retail and been much happier. 2÷26÷14 still have yet to speak with a live voice. they accept emails and genericl respond they will get back to you in three days. in three days you get a generic response that someone will be in touch, NEVER HAPPENS. WARNING do not buy from these guys if you expect any form of customer service.

Yep, like the others this place should not exist. Ordered 2 logitech keyboards which took over 4 weeks to arrive then one is clearly damaged. I email the same day and now we are approaching 2 months since and I still have only gotten one email from them. And of course that email was to say that it had been past their 21 day return policy. Clearly the person only looked at the order date. The problem is that I didn’t receive the item until over 21 days after my order date. The policy also states upon receipt which the representative didn’t seem to grasp. I should have known never to trust a company that does not advertise any other communication other than email. It is impossible to contact them except by email. This presents a customer service nightmare. Stay away from this company. Hopefully they will die on the vine like other poor fly by night companies with no attention to the customer.
Oh and you can love this auto generated email statement:
«Our response time varies between 1 to 3 business days depending on the volume of e-​mails. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
If you require immediate assistance, we suggest looking through our FAQ which can prove quite helpful. «
I sent my email on 12/​17, emailed a second time on ¼/​14 and get the auto email. Just a wee past 1 to 3 business days. And the fact that there answer to immediate assistance is check our FAQ which is of no help.

SCAM!
Don’t waste your time or money. I ordered a Christmas gift for my four year old on November 29^th, it is now December 22^nd and I have not gotten an update or any help from the company as to where my order is. They don’t answer phones or email. It’s January 7^th now & still no sign of my order!!!

Oh, how I wish I could give a zero star rating! These guys absolutely will NOT communicate with customers… at all! I’ve only ordered through these guys twice and had problems both times. The first time the original package was opened, one of the two items removed, then they repackaged it and shipped it a month late. I emailed them about it (since they don’t have a working phone #) and they never replied, but did re-​ship my order after another 3 weeks. The second time I tried to cancel an order starting the same day it was ordered. I sent 5 emails over the next week but they NEVER respond. Instead, they charged my card immediately after the first email, then waited two weeks and sent an automated email that the item shipped. It’s been another week and there is no tracking info so I doubt it actually did ship. I’ve learned my lesson: I’m done with these losers!

My receipt reads «product will be shipped in 1 – 2 weeks. It took nearly 4 weeks and when I finally received it exactly 30 days after I ordered it, it was an opened box, no instructions, broken components, scratched and dusty.
They offer no phone support, and email take 2 – 3 days to respond to email. 1 Sale A Day can not be trusted. Avoid this company.

I am going to sue them. I ordered watches and they never came. These guys are a scam.

Order IP camera indicated on confirmation shipping would be 9÷3÷13. Generated UPS shipping label on 9÷12÷13 and UPS didn’t receive it until 9÷16÷13. Customer service is a joke. They don’t read the emails and respond the way they want to. If you don’t care when you might get your order try it…

Again, zero stars would be a better option.
I ordered a TV and it was shipped improperly, many pieces not being wrapped so the TV arrived with intensive damage. When trying to contact the agency, they had no phone number on their website, just a web form. I googled other numbers leaving a voicemail in addition to using the webform and wasn’t replied to for another 6 days through email. Every time I reply to an email, it’s another issue, «please send pictures», «send the pictures again», «have you received anything yet?» with 4 – 5 days in between responses. It has been over 3 weeks and I still have not received a return label, a refund or any other time of resolution to this problem. Now when I call, there’s only a recording that says «no one is available». It is impossible to get a resolution quickly from them, their products are not even worth the shit you’ll go through.
