Windsor Oak Farm is an absolutely gorgeous piece of land where a multitude of animals are bred and cared for. The owner, Tom, has always been an animal lover and decided a few years ago that he wanted to bring a little bit of joy to families all over the DMV area by offering small puppies. Since 2001 he has been breeding small dogs and teaching families how to care for them once they’re adopted. There is almost always a new litter, so feel free to make an appointment and stop by to see which puppy you fall in love with!

Tom is the lovable breeder who can answer any question you have about taking care of your new puppy. He loves animals– big and small, and seriously knows EVERYTHING! Animals are his passion, he doesn’t do this for the money (how many places can you find a pure breed ACA Yorkie for under $ 700!!!) so you should feel comfortable choosing your new family member at Windsor Oak Farm.
