I have to thank crystal run for the prompt service at urgent care. My doctor is awesome the ladies up front are great

After ridiculously long hold times to make appointments for sick kids and even longer waiting time in the office, I requested records to be sent to a new doctor. 8 weeks later, only one of my children have records at their new pediatrician. Called today to be told that even though there’s a signed release on file, my sons records were never sent and he is not in their system. What do I do now Crystal Run? How do I register my son for Kindergarten with no records? Congratulations on being the worst excuse for healthcare in the area.
