All Family Taxi & Limousine Svce

All Family came highly recommended by a number of people in the assisted living facility where I live. Needless to say, a lot of our residents need cabs to get to doctor appointments. They used to use Bob’s Taxi and switch to All Family so I decided to give them a try. I’m so glad that I did! The dispatcher was warm and friendly as was the driver who showed up right on time. I had the same great experience on my return trip. I highly recommend them!

They were prompt with the cab, it’s been there even before time and the dispatcher and driver were overall friendly. Those were the good points.
The bad points were that the driver either didn’t know the route very well or intentionally took a huge like 10 mins loop that could not be justified by any reason. There was no traffic, no weather conditions, nothing. At some point we pointed out we’re basically at the point like 5 mins back from home. Haven’t noticed any embarrassments about that.
In the end he charged us almost twice as much as expected, possibly including the extra loop into the cost.
The car was dirty on a passenger sit, covered with something sticky.
So, I did like the promptness and the friendliness but didn’t appreciate the price, non professionalism and lack of honesty in case it was intentional. Wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience.

I’m giving a 5 star because out of all the cab services around here, this is the only cab you can depend on truly. Every other is 30 – 45 minutes late (Newburgh and Hudson Valley Taxi Service that the phone number ends with 0404 sucks).
This place at least I know they show up and if you call 10 – 15 minutes ahead you’ll be fine.

Zero stars!!! The 1.5 starts is a generous gift of the flaw in the rating software; whereas, you have decreasing down to one star. That is to say, 1.9 and less take more to make them Zero. The reality is «zero stars» rate. NEVER USE THEM!
They had a 1.5 stars when I hired them. I thought a few reviews would be better than no reviews – right? WRONG!
1) Planning: Called them two weeks in advance (yes, folks two weeks in advance) to set up pick up, cost, etc. Was told $ 25. I made the effort to get a quote from you… hold up your end!
2) Time and quote (i.e. $ 25): Picked up at a decent time from the bus station in newburgh. However, I did see J&G taxi which I thought may have been them. So, I asked how much they would charge for my fair – $ 25! So, I waited for All family. However, I saw two other cars which I could have grabbed – wink wink. I could have easily just ignored them and gone with a different provider.
3) Lack of knowledge of roads: I get in the car. As we drive the long way home – seriously… I grew up here. I know every short cut and road… Why did you just take a left into newburgh vs a right toward 300? Because the person didn’t know the roads.
4) Bait and switch: We are now in the car… the driver calls to confirm rate.
The woman on the end says $ 30… I say, we spoke two weeks ago and you said $ 25. Thus, the rate is $ 25. She says to drop me back off at the bus depot. Excuse me? Talk about insult to injury.
Ok, so you lied about it being $ 25, inconvenienced because I didn’t take the other taxi, and then were rude and said to drop me back off at the bus depot… Seriously, you should be put out of business-​period. This is unacceptable and rude. You should be happier with life and share your occupation as a wonderful gift giving back to society… Not, bait and switch once a person is in the car and try to extort more monies from them.
I hope your extortion practices come back to haunt you. Respect your quotes… Don’t make a bad name for yourself, there are enough people willing to bad mouth you without cause… let alone those like me who were given cause!

Worst fucking cab service ever. The obnoxious utterly rude and impolite woman over the phone hung up on me twice. She told us to wait for 15 minutes for the cab, the cab actually showed up 1h30 after. It was 8pm and storm king was closing. I actually thought we would have to walk to Beacon.

What a fucking joke. I asked to be driven from my house in Cornwall to the Salisbury train station. Dispatcher was rude and didn’t even ask for my cell or give me an ETA for the cab– just hung up. Thank god I walked past my front door because 5 min later the laZy driver had arrived and was already pulling away. No call, knock, honk, anything indicating he was outside. Get in the smelly car, and of course he doesn’t take credit cards. Had to stop at the ATM to get cash (extra 2.50) and the rate was $ 20, to go less than 4 miles. The train to NYC Is only $ 16.75. My advice: don’t use these people. Oh, thanks for not charging me for the atm stop– so kind.

HORRIBLE service. If I could leave negative stars I would. The «woman» that dispatches is so rude it’s out of control. Someone needs to smack that bitch in her one tooth having mouth. Dirty. Disgusting. Rude. Avoid at all costs !!!

The WORST. I needed them to take me to the train station to catch a train I called and gave them plenty of time to get me there. I was waiting and waiting and they never showed up and I obviously missed my train. Avoid them at all costs.

Very rude dispatchers. Felt I was disturbing them by giving them my business. Won’t happen again.

Called them and the dispatcher tells me «2 minutes.» Sure enough, 2 minutes later they’re at my drive way. Smooth ride. Can’t ask for better service than that.

Don’t call this taxi company. Reserved a taxi for airport transportation. Confirmed it twice. Taxi never showed up. Called them and they said they would send someone over «shortly». Had we waited we would have missed our flight. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!

Called a cab… they said 15 minutes. It was 45 minutes later when I called again and asked if it would be discounted. The woman on the phone had an attitude, so I asked for a manager, and she said she was the manager… highly unlikely. She then said she wouldn’t send a cab at all. Call ANY OTHER cab but this one!!!

Requested a taxi to be picked up after a hike in Cortlandt. They said 30 minutes. Nobody came. We called 45 minutes later and they had not even sent a car yet, and didn’t know they would be able to pick us up. They did not have the decency to call us and inform us of this. We were in the cold for far too long.
