This is an outstanding shop. The owners, Tom and Gianna Florio, are wonderful to deal with, and Tom especially is hugely knowldgeable. I’ve had them do work for me for years – two different Porsches, a Volvo and an Audi – and they have never failed me. Yes, they’re expensive, but you get what you pay for, and I have been badly ripped off by one other shop in the local area.

If you’ve ever noticed the same cars in the lot month after month … it may be because they never get fixed. My car had been there for months and after dozens of phone calls … finally got resolution. OK if you’ve got a high-​end Porsche and happy to pay Porsche repair bill prices and have other cars to drive while waiting… but for the rest of us there are better shops locally.

A friend recommended me to this shop to look at my car before a big road trip. The goal was to get my car inspected. The shop is nice, super clean, and fancy but I got taken for a ride. I was charged $ 432 to change my oil, and replace a battery. The fee to look at the car was $ 95 and they missed a bunch of things. The labor here is super pricey. Overall I was charged more than double what it should of cost. The communication was confusing, and my car didn’t pass inspection after the work that was done.

Super clean and professional shop, quick turn around, and if you own a Porsche you are an idiot for going to a dealership– go here! Tom is beyond knowledgeable and extremely friendly at competitive rates.
Only remark– should have a better waiting area if one is to wait a few hours for a service, regardless, there’s a bunch of restaurants around to wait at (with free wifi)

This place is decent in size and they offer free car battery installation when you purchase a battery from them. I frequent the store now in the summer months for auto detailing supplies.
