New Washoe Bar

My mom was visiting me from out of town and wanted to go down to the little New Washoe Bar and have a beer, maybe a little conversation. The place was totally empty mid-​day. This would generally be no problem but the bartender/​owner is so cold, rude and unfriendly it provided an awful experience. She even had to wait ten minutes for a second beer, even though there was no one else in the bar. It’s really sad that in a small little place, that is obviously in need of some customers, the customer service isn’t just poor but nonexistent! I generally promote small independent businesses but the service was just absolutely uncalled for!
Want to find a little place for a beer… Me thinks NOT here! Yikes!

its a good watering hole when passing thru. the service is good with a smile, they have a pool table and darts. so its got what you need, even a tiny bathroom!
