I would give them a zero if I could. Scam company. Their contacts are so full of loopholes that they barely cover anything. They refused to cover a rear end differential on my vehicle because according to their adjuster the damage was caused by leaking seals (seals are not covered) and therefore deemed it customer abuse because I drove the car while it was damaged, causing further damage. My garage said that the seals were leaky but that the fluid levels were ok and would not have caused the damage. My garage stood by their findings so much they were willing to go to bat for me if needed.
Not only are the contacts scammy, but their customer service is terrible. They barely answer their phones, never return calls, they took forever to get us the pictures of my vehicle that their adjuster took. My car ended up sitting at the garage for about a month while we waited for them and I ended up paying out of pocket in the end anyway.
